Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wazon szklany. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w zdobinie naniesionej na obwodzie wazonu oraz w ksztalcie obrzeza wazonu. Wazon szklany ma trzy odmiany. Wazon szklany we wszystkich odmianach ma na swym obwodzie co najmniej jeden motyw zdobniczy zlozony z lezacych obok siebie elementów matowych otaczajacych co najmniej czesc obrzeza wazonu. Te matowe elementy sa polozone na róznej glebokosci w stosunku do przezroczystej powierzchni wazonu tworzac matowiony wielopoziomowo motyw zdobniczy, zas obrzeze wazonu stykajace sie z ta, matowiona wielostopniowo zdobina, ma co najmniej na czesci swego obwodu ksztalt nieregularnej fali. - pierwsza odmiana wazonu w ksztalcie pobocznicy stozka scietego z wieksza srednica przy obrzezu i ze stopka w ksztalcie krazka jest przedstawiona na fig.l, - druga odmiana wazonu, z matowa zdobina co najmniej na polowie obwodu obrzeza wazonu jest przedstawiona na fig.2, - trzecia odmiana wazonu w ksztalcie pobocznicy stozka scietego z wieksza srednica przy obrzezu i ze stozkowa stopka jest przedstawiona na fig. 3 . Pierwsza odmiana wazonu w ksztalcie pobocznicy stozka scietego z wieksza srednica przy obrzezu i ze stopka w ksztalcie krazka ma zdobine w postaci trzech matowych, falistych pasm, kazde na innej glebokosci w stosunku do powierzchni wazonu, przy czym te pasma otaczaja obrzeze wazonu, które to obrzeze jest gladkie na okolo 3/4 obwodu, a w jednym miejscu obniza sie w dól i tworzy faliste wglebienie obrzeza w ksztalcie litery V i to faliste wglebienie obrzeze stanowi okolo 1/3 wysokosci wazonu, a ponizej wierzcholka wglebienia otoczonego matowym motywem wielopoziomowym jest powtórzona zdobina w postaci trzech falistych jezyczków skierowanych pionowo, matowych i ulozonych na róznych poziomach w stosunku do powierzchni wazonu, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1 . 3. Druga odmiana wazonu w ksztalcie pobocznicy stozka scietego z wieksza srednica przy obrzezu ma zdobine utworzona przez trzy matowe, faliste pasma, kazde na innej glebokosci w stosunku do powierzchni wazonu, przy czym te pasma otaczaja obrzeze wazonu w obrebie jego falistej czesci obnizajacej sie w dól na co najmniej polowie obwodu wazonu i tworzacej faliste wyciecie obrzeza, zwezajace sie ku dolowi i równoczesnie pochylajace sie w lewo, spiralnie otaczajac obwód wazonu i tworzac wraz z otaczajaca go zdobina ksztalt zblizony do pochylonej, greckiej litery v (ni), a ponizej jego wierzcholka otoczonego matowym motywem wielopoziomowym jest powtórzona matowa zdobina w postaci dwóch falistych jezyczków, które to jezyczki maja fragmenty powierzchni matowione wielostopniowo, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.2. 4. Trzecia odmiana wazonu w ksztalcie pobocznicy stozka z wieksza srednica u góry i stozkowa stopka ma motyw zdobniczy w postaci szesciu falistych, matowych jezyczków polozonych na róznych poziomach wzgledem powierzchni wazonu, przy czym te jezyczki leza obok siebie i sa szersze przy obrzezu, zas w dól wazonu zwezaja sie tworzac ostre wierzcholki i pochylaja sie w lewo, otaczajac spiralnie czesc obwodu wazonu. Obrzeze wazonu jest faliste i sciete nieregularnie, skosnie w dól tak, ze na jego najwyzej polozonej fali lezy skrajny pasek motywu zdobniczego, zas nastepne paski leza na sasiadujacych, kolejno nizszych falach obrzeza, a ostatni pasek motywu w stosunku do pierwszego jest polozony w punkcie odleglym o wiecej jak polowe obrzeza, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 3 .FIG.1 FIG.2 FIG.3 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a glass vase. The essence of the industrial design is manifested in the decoration applied to the vase's circumference and in the shape of the vase's rim. The glass vase comes in three varieties. The glass vase, in all varieties, features at least one decorative motif on its circumference, composed of juxtaposed matte elements surrounding at least part of the vase's rim. These matte elements are positioned at varying depths relative to the transparent surface of the vase, creating a multi-level matte decorative motif. The vase's rim, abutting this multi-level matte decoration, has an irregular wave-like shape along at least part of its circumference. - the first variant of the vase in the shape of a truncated cone with a larger diameter at the rim and with a disc-shaped foot is shown in Fig. 1, - the second variant of the vase with a matt decoration on at least half of the circumference of the rim of the vase is shown in Fig. 2, - the third variant of the vase in the shape of a truncated cone with a larger diameter at the rim and with a conical foot is shown in Fig. 3. Essential features of the industrial design 1. At least one decorative motif composed of juxtaposed matt elements surrounding at least part of the rim of the vase. These matt elements are placed at different depths in relation to the transparent surface of the vase, creating a multi-level matt decorative motif, and the rim of the vase in contact with this multi-level matt decoration has, at least along part of its circumference, the shape of an irregular wave, as shown in the attached drawings, fig. 1 to fig. 3.2. The first variant of the vase in the shape of a truncated cone with a larger diameter at the rim and with a disc-shaped foot is decorated with three matt, wavy bands, each at a different depth in relation to the surface of the vase, these bands surrounding the rim of the vase, which rim is smooth for about 3/4 of the circumference, and in one place it lowers down and creates a wavy recess in the rim in the shape of the letter V, and this wavy recess in the rim constitutes about 1/3 of the height of the vase, and below the top of the recess surrounded by a matt multi-level motif there is a repeated decoration in the form of three wavy tongues directed vertically, matt and arranged at different levels in relation to the surface of the vase, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1. 3. The second variant of the vase in the shape of the side of a truncated cone with a larger diameter at the rim has a decoration formed by three matt, wavy bands, each at a different depth in relation to the surface of the vase, wherein these bands surround the rim of the vase within its wavy part, which descends downwards over at least half of the vase's circumference and forms a wavy cut-out of the rim, narrowing downwards and at the same time leaning to the left, spiralling around the circumference of the vase and forming, together with the surrounding decoration, a shape similar to a tilted Greek letter v (ni), and below its top surrounded by a multi-level matt motif, there is a repeated matt decoration in the form of two wavy tongues, which tongues have fragments of their surface matted in multiple stages, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 2. 4. The third type of vase in the shape of a cone-shaped side with a larger diameter at the top and a conical foot has a decorative motif in the form of six wavy, matte tongues placed at different levels in relation to the surface of the vase, where these tongues lie next to each other and are wider at the rim, while towards the bottom of the vase they narrow, forming sharp peaks and leaning to the left, spiralling around part of the circumference of the vase. The rim of the vase is wavy and cut irregularly, diagonally downwards, so that the outermost strip of the decorative motif lies on its highest wave, while the next stripes lie on the adjacent, successively lower waves of the rim, and the last strip of the motif in relation to the first one is located at a point more than half the rim distance, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 3 .FIG.1 FIG.2 FIG.3 PL
