Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wazon szklany. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w zdobinie naniesionej na obwodzie wazonu oraz w ksztalcie obrzeza wazonu. Wazon szklany ma dwie odmiany. Wazon szklany we wszystkich odmianach ma na swym obwodzie co najmniej jeden motyw zdobniczy zlozony z lezacych obok siebie elementów matowych otaczajacych co najmniej czesc obrzeza wazonu, które to elementy sa polozone na róznej glebokosci w stosunku do przezroczystej powierzchni wazonu tworzac matowiony wielopoziomowo motyw zdobniczy. The essence of the industrial design is manifested in the decoration applied to the vase's circumference and in the shape of the vase's rim. The glass vase comes in two varieties. The glass vase, in all varieties, features at least one decorative motif on its circumference, composed of juxtaposed matte elements surrounding at least part of the vase's rim. These elements are positioned at varying depths relative to the vase's transparent surface, creating a multi-level matte decorative motif. The vase's rim, abutting this multi-level matte decoration, has an irregular wave-like shape along at least part of its circumference. - the first variant of the vase with a disc-shaped foot and a container in the shape of a truncated paraboloid has a multi-level matt decorative motif representing a rose flower with closed petals, as shown in Fig. 1, - the second variant of the vase with a disc-shaped foot and a container in the shape of a truncated paraboloid has a multi-level matt decorative motif representing tulip flowers, as shown in Fig. 2. Essential features of industrial design 1. The glass vase in all variants has on its circumference a decorative motif composed of juxtaposed matt elements surrounding at least part of the rim of the vase, which elements are located at different depths in relation to the transparent surface of the vase, creating a multi-level matt decorative motif. The rim of the vase, which is in contact with this multi-stage matt decoration, has the shape of an irregular wave along at least part of its circumference. 2. The first variant of the vase with a disc-shaped foot and a container in the shape of a truncated paraboloid has a multi-level matt decorative motif representing a rose flower with closed petals, located at the narrowed rim of the vase, placed on a stem with thorns directed vertically downwards, and from this stem extends in an arc to the right, intersecting with it, a stem with a thorn, on which a rose bud is placed, displaced around the circumference of the vase in relation to the first flower and placed in the upper part of the vase below its rim, wherein some of the petals of the closed rose flower are in contact with the rim of the vase, which is cut irregularly along its entire circumference, and within the decorative motif the rim of the vase reflects the upper edges of the petals, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1 . 3. The second variant of the vase with a disc-shaped foot and a container in the shape of a truncated paraboloid has a multi-level matte decorative motif depicting tulip flowers with one flower at a narrowed rim and the second, smaller one lower down on the right, with both flower stems, slightly wavy, approximately vertical, entering at the bottom into a tulip leaf, presented as two connected, matte tongues lying at different levels in relation to the surface of the vase, while the rim, cut unevenly around the entire circumference, reflects within itself the decorated outline of the upper edges of the tulip petals, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 2.
