Abstract
Sposób biologicznego oczyszczania ścieków charakteryzuje się tym, że w czasie trwania procesu oczyszczania oddzielaną wodę, w określonych przedziałach czasu, wypompowuje się z obszaru procesu oddzielania, następnie sedymentację pozostałej części zanieczyszczeń zakłóca się przez intensywne mieszanie, po czym kontynuuje się ciągły proces sedymentacji. Osadnik wtórny (6) urządzenia jest wyposażony w mieszadło wodne (17) do intensywnego mieszania jego zawartości oraz w pompę (25) obniżającą poziom roboczy (19) wody, zanim nastąpi mieszanie zawartości osadnika wtórnego (6).
