Description
1 przedstawia widok sklejki wedlug wynalazku, skladajacej sie z dwóch warstw oblogów a miedzy nimi posredniej war¬ stwy plótna lnianego; fig. 2 zas — dwustronnie wygieta sklejke elastyczna. PLNormal plywood made of wood is made in such a way that the fibers of the adjoining logs run at an angle of 900. The plywood made in this way is stiff and not very flexible. The degree of bending of such plywood is limited, and therefore it is suitable for furniture production or construction. it is only for covering straight or slightly curved surfaces with a large radius of the arc. Plywood according to the invention removes this disadvantage, allowing it to bend over much smaller gaps and use it for the production of flexible coverings, oval-shaped equipment and The essence of the invention is that they form a plywood, in which the fibers of the logs are not crisscrossed, but are arranged in parallel, through -jr, the plywood becomes elastic. The blogs may be peeled from different types of wood. or cut. The plywood may consist of two, three or more blankets, without either twisting or warping. Fig. 1 shows a view of a plywood according to the invention, consisting of two layers of blankets and between them an intermediate layer of linen cloth; Fig. 2 is a flexible plywood bent on both sides. A liquid bakelite glue or a bakelite film is used for gluing the plywood in order to obtain full water resistance at a pressing temperature of 1350C and a pressure of 9 kg / cm2. PL
