Abstract

The invention relates to a corrugated tube for protective envelopment of electrical pipes, comprising a slotted opening running along a sheath line. The edges of said opening forming the slot (2) are provided with closing devices (5 or 6) which close and unlock the slot (2). The corrugated tube is made of an elastic material. When pressure is exerted on the corrugated tube(1), the closing devices (5 or 6) slide on top of each other and interlock to form a common closure. When pressure is no longer exerted, they are maintained in a closed position as a result of the tension caused by the previously introduced pressure in the corrugated tube.
