Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztal- cie wiaty przystanku autobusowego . Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia wiate przy- stanku autobusowego w widoku z przodu, fig.2- wiate przystan- ku w widoku z góry, fig.3- wiate przystanku w widoku z boku, a fig.4- wiate przystanku w widoku z drugiego boku.Wiata przystanku autobusowego wedlug wzoru przemys- lowego, obejmujaca cztery pionowe wsporniki, trzy prostokatne sciany tylne, zadaszenie segmentowe oraz lawke, posiada na- stepujace cechy istotne: prawa sciana tylna ma najwieksza po- wierzchnie, a w jej polu polozonym poza ostatnim pionowym wspornikiem znajduje sie prostokatny obszar podzielony na cztery symetryczne obszary. W polu lewej sciany tylnej wyróz- niaja sie dwa obszary prostokatne. Zadaszenie segmentowe obejmuje osiem symetrycznych segmentów, kazdy majacy, w wido- ku z góry, zarys prostokata, w polu którego znajduje sie piec równoleglych pól prostokatnych z lukowatymi krótszymi bokami. Kazdy segment ma w widoku z przodu zarys prostokata, a w wi- doku z boku, zarys trójkata prostokatnego. Lawka usytuowana jest na pionowych wspornikach srodkowej sciany tylnej i ma postac profilowanej plyty, która w widoku z boku ma zarys lukowaty. Lawka podparta jest na dwóch wspor- nikach ustawionych skosnie do osi pionowych wsporników, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 4. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the shape of the bus stop shelter. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bus stop shelter from the front, Fig. 2 from the top, Fig. 3 from the side, and Fig. 4 from the other side. The bus stop shelter according to the industrial design, comprising four vertical supports, three rectangular rear walls, a segmented roof, and a bench, has the following essential features: the right rear wall has the largest surface area, and in its area located beyond the last vertical support there is a rectangular area divided into four symmetrical areas. In the area of the left rear wall, two rectangular areas stand out. The segmented roof comprises eight symmetrical segments, each having a rectangular outline when viewed from above, within which are five parallel rectangular fields with arcuate shorter sides. Each segment has a rectangular outline when viewed from the front, and a right-angled triangle when viewed from the side. The bench is situated on vertical supports of the central rear wall and has the form of a profiled slab, which has an arcuate outline when viewed from the side. The bench is supported by two supports positioned diagonally to the axes of the vertical supports, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1 to 4.
