Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztal- cie i aranzacji wiaty przystanku autobusowego . Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia wiate przy- stanku autobusowego w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2-wiate przystanku autobusowego w widoku z przodu, fig.3- widok z gó- ry czesci zamknietej wiaty, bez zadaszenia, fig.4- widok z góry na sciane srodkowa i lawki w czesci otwartej wiaty,bez zadaszenia, a fig.4- widok z góry na sciany boczne, bez zadaszenia. Wiata przystanku autobusowego wedlug wzoru przemys- lowego, obejmujaca czesc zamknieta w postaci modulowej kabiny z wyposazeniem meblowym oraz czesc otwarta zlozona ze sciany srodkowej, zadaszenia, dwóch lawek i dwóch scian bocznych, ma nastepujace cechy istotne: dluzsze sciany modulowej kabiny podzielone sa pionowymi wspornikami na trzy czesci, zas krót- sze na dwie czesci, przy czym dwa moduly bazowe kabiny stano- wia wyodrebnione pomieszczenia kwadratowe, a trzeci modul ka- biny, czterokrotnie wiekszy od modulu bazowego, stanowi po- mieszczenie z wyposazeniem meblowym. Na przedniej scianie trzeciego modulu znajduja sie dwa okna o zarysach kwadratów z zaokraglonymi narozami przysloniete zaluzjami. W polu scia- ny srodkowej czesci otwartej wiaty wyodrebnione sa dwa pros- tokatne pola, zas w polu mniejszej sciany bocznej, polozonej prostopadle w stosunku do wiekszej sciany bocznej, wyodreb- nione jest pole prostokatne podzielone na dwa symetryczne prostokatne pola. Szerokosc wiekszej sciany bocznej jest oko- lo dziewiec razy wieksza od szerokosci mniejszej sciany bocz- nej . Dwie lawki usytuowane sa równolegle przy wspomnianej srodkowej scianie otwartej czesci wiaty. Zadaszenie nad wiata obejmuje szesnascie segmentów, z których szesc segmentów przykrywa czesc zamknieta wiaty, dziewiec segmentów przykrywa czesc otwarta wiaty, zas lewy skrajny segment wystaje poza zamknieta czesc wiaty, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysun- ku, fig.l do 4. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the shape and arrangement of the bus stop shelter. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the bus stop shelter in a perspective view, fig. 2 shows the bus stop shelter in a front view, fig. 3 shows a top view of the closed part of the shelter, without a roof, fig. 4 shows a top view of the central wall and benches in the open part of the shelter, without a roof, and fig. 4 shows a top view of the side walls, without a roof. The bus stop shelter, designed according to an industrial design and comprising a closed section in the form of a modular cabin with furniture and an open section consisting of a central wall, a canopy, two benches, and two side walls, has the following significant features: the longer walls of the modular cabin are divided into three sections by vertical supports, and the shorter walls into two sections. The two base cabin modules constitute separate square rooms, while the third cabin module, four times larger than the base module, constitutes a room with furniture. The front wall of the third module features two square windows with rounded corners, covered with blinds. The central wall of the open shelter contains two rectangular fields, while the smaller side wall, perpendicular to the larger side wall, contains a rectangular field divided into two symmetrical rectangular fields. The width of the larger side wall is approximately nine times greater than the width of the smaller side wall. Two benches are situated parallel to the aforementioned central wall of the open shelter. The roof over the shelter consists of sixteen segments, six of which cover the closed part of the shelter, nine segments cover the open part of the shelter, and the leftmost segment extends beyond the closed part of the shelter, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 to 4.
