Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac altany zmierzaja- ca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów altany oraz w barwie nadajacej jej swoisty i ory- ginalny wyglad, przeznaczony do odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonych ry- sunkach, na których fig.1 przedstawia altane ogrodowa w po-staci zamknietej, fig.2 altane w postaci otwartej a fig.3 sciany altany. Altana ogrodowa wedlug wzoru w wersji zamknietej i otwartej w obrysie ma postac szesciokata foremnego z za- daszeniem w ksztalcie ostroslupa foremnego z bokami trój- katnymi zawierajacymi siatke, ograniczonego okapem oraz trójkatnymi, zwezajacymi sie ku dolowi narozami, pomiedzy którymi w postaci zamknietej sa sciany wypinane na zamki rozdzielcze, umozliwiajace rozlacznosc i zamiane poszcze- gólnych elementów scian w zaleznosci od potrzeb uzytkownika, przy czym istnieje mozliwosc podwieszania scian w górnej czesci pod okapem zadaszenia za pomoca haczyków. W czterech scianach sa okna z folii ornamentowej oraz okna wentylacyjne z siatki, zabezpieczone zaslonkami z tkaniny zasadniczej a dwie sciany z pólokraglym oknem posiadaja drzwi otwierane i zamykane suwakami. Te postac altany stosuje sie w dni slo- neczne. bezaeszczowe lub pod zadaszeniem. Calosc usytuowana jest na stelazu. Altana wykonywana jest w kolorze khaki lub w do- wolnych kolorach. The essence of the design is a new form of gazebo aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the basic outline lines of the individual gazebo elements, and in the color giving it a specific and original appearance, intended for reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the garden gazebo in its closed form, Fig. 2 the gazebo in its open form, and Fig. 3 the gazebo walls. The garden gazebo, in both closed and open versions, has a regular hexagonal shape with a regular pyramid-shaped roof with triangular sides containing mesh, bounded by an eaves and triangular corners that taper downward. Between these, when closed, are walls detachable with separating zippers, allowing individual wall elements to be separated and replaced depending on the user's needs. The walls can also be suspended from the top of the eaves using hooks. Four walls feature ornamental foil windows and mesh ventilation windows, protected by fabric curtains, while two walls with a semicircular window have doors that open and close with zippers.
