Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest przycisk ze szkla krysztalowego przeznaczony do przytrzymywania papieru. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zilustrowany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia przycisk w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 2 przycisk w widoku z góry. Przycisk wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt kuli ze scieta czasza i na calej zewnetrznej powierzchni, naniesiona obwodowo, zdobine. Zdobina ma postac wewnetrznych ciec katowych, tworzacych ostroslupy o podstawie trójkatna. Wszystkie ostroslupy maja wierzcholek podstawy skierowany w kierunku przeciwnym do plaskiej powierzchni przycisku. Sa rozmieszczone regularnie, jeden obok drugiego, i laczac sie ze soba dwoma wierzcholkami, tworza poziome rzedy, równolegle do plaskiej powierzchni przycisku. Ostroslupy z jednego rzedu lacza sie z ostroslupami nastepnego rzedu tak, ze trójkatne podstawy tych ostroslupów ukladaja sie na wzór szachownicy. Od góry przycisk ma centralnie umieszczona zdobine w postaci ostroslupów, których podstawy lacza sie ze soba bokami tworzac szesciokat foremny. PL PLThe industrial design is for a crystal glass paperweight intended for holding paper. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surface properties. The design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the button in perspective, and Fig. 2 shows the button in top view. The button according to the design is characterized by its spherical shape with a truncated dome and a circumferentially applied ornamentation on its entire outer surface. The ornamentation takes the form of internal angle cuts, forming pyramids with a triangular base. All pyramids have their base vertices pointing away from the flat surface of the button. They are regularly arranged, one next to the other, and by connecting two vertices, they form horizontal rows parallel to the flat surface of the button. The pyramids of one row connect with those of the next row so that their triangular bases form a checkerboard pattern. The top of the button is decorated centrally with pyramids whose bases connect sideways, creating a regular hexagon.
