This ballpoint pen is protected as an ornamental design under registration under certificate of protection No. 15750. This ballpoint pen is equipped with a cap, a vertical cylindrical button above the cap, and a retractable writing insert in a housing comprising two segments separated by a horizontal dividing line: a lower and an upper section. The lower section is shaped like a truncated cone with a large taper, and the middle section is cylindrical. It is characterized by the fact that the lower segment is approximately 3.5 times longer than the upper segment and in its upper part has the shape of a truncated cone, while the upper segment, shaped like a half-barrel, is an extension of the lower segment. Moreover, the cap situated above the upper segment has a side wall in the shape of a truncated cone and a convex shaped arm extending downwards. This arm overlaps half of its length with the upper conical part of the lower segment and has, in the front view, a biconvex outline, and at the end of the cap arm, on its underside, a protrusion in the shape of a half-bed. There is also a known ballpoint pen protected as a decorative design by registration right, according to the protection certificate no. 15287. The pen consists of a housing divided into two parts and a button mechanism placed in the upper part of the housing and is distinguished by the fact that the housing has the shape of an elongated cone gently narrowing downwards, and in the lower part on the circumference there is a band of elongated recesses, and in the upper part there is a diagonally cut hole in which there is an oval-ended button and, moreover, between the lower and upper parts of the housing there is a ring with a decorative vertical clip. Another well-known ballpoint pen protected as a decorative design by the right of registration according to the protection certificate no. 17630, 2 composed of a lower body, an upper body, a clip and a ring, is characterized in that the upper cylindrical-ellipsoid body is ended with a cylinder of a smaller diameter, on which there is a clip and a conical base, from which a cylindrical element protrudes, ending with a truncated cone, while the lower body of the pen has a shape close to an ellipse ending with a truncated cone-shaped element from which the tip of the writing cartridge protrudes, with cylindrical rings between the upper and lower bodies. Another well-known ballpoint pen protected as a decorative design by registration under certificate of protection No. 17195, consisting of a housing divided into two parts and a push-button mechanism located in the upper part of the housing, is characterized in that the lower part of the housing is shaped like an elongated cone that gently tapers downward, while the upper part of the housing is cylindrical with an oval-ended push-button and has a decorative vertical clip. A ring with horizontal grooves is located between the lower and upper parts of the housing. An industrial design ballpoint pen equipped with a housing, cap, push button, and writing insert is characterized in that its housing, which is a single piece and has a shape resembling a hollow cone at the bottom with a downward taper, and a hollow cylinder in the remaining portion, is detachably connected at the top of the remaining portion to a ring-shaped cap containing a downward-pointing hook resembling a parabola at the bottom when viewed from the front, and resembling a narrow bottleneck in the upper portion. Furthermore, the color of the housing and cap of the pen is optional. The first variant of the industrial design ballpoint pen is characterized in that the housing and cap are opaque. The second variant of the industrial design ballpoint pen is characterized in that the housing is opaque. The third variant of the ballpoint pen according to the industrial design is characterized in that the cap is opaque. The fourth variant of the ballpoint pen according to the design is characterized in that the cap and housing are transparent. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the ballpoint pen in the drawing in a schematic front view, while Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, and Fig. 5 show photographs of the ballpoint pen in a front view, showing the ballpoint pen with a housing and cap of any transparency. Fig. 2 shows the first variant of the ballpoint pen with an opaque housing and cap, Fig. 3 shows the second variant with an opaque housing, Fig. 4 shows the third variant with an opaque cap, and Fig. 5 shows the fourth variant with a transparent housing and cap. The essential features of an industrial design ballpoint pen equipped with a housing, a cap, a push button and a writing insert, which distinguish the pen, are a housing in an undivided, one-piece form, with a shape resembling a hollow cone at the bottom with a downward taper, and a hollow cylinder in the remaining part, at the top of this remaining part detachably connected to a ring-shaped cap with a downward-pointing hook resembling a parabola at the bottom in a front view, and at the top a narrow bottle neck, and a further distinguishing feature of the pen is the free choice of colours of the housing and cap, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5. The essential feature of the first variety of the industrial design ballpoint pen is an opaque housing and cap, as shown in Fig. 2. The essential feature of the second variant of the industrial design ballpoint pen is an opaque housing, as shown in Fig. 3. The essential feature of the third variant of the industrial design ballpoint pen is an opaque cap, as shown in Fig. 4.
