The industrial design registration right has been in effect since December 6, 2001. To date, no perfume bottle caps have been known. The industrial design covers perfume bottle caps. The essence of the industrial design is that the caps are made of ethylene ionomer and polyolefin, tinted in the appropriate color, and consist of two parts: a cylindrical upper part with a flattened or spherical top and a barrel-shaped lower part, joined together by a press fit. Perfume bottle caps are new, original in their shape and carefully selected colors, and have a glossy appearance. Furthermore, they are functional and decorative in their appearance. The design of perfume bottle caps is shown in the drawings in longitudinal half-section and in the photographs, where Fig. 1 shows bottle caps consisting of an upper part 1 in the shape of a cylinder with a flattened top in green and beige and a lower part 2 in the shape of a barrel in the colors: green, light purple, beige and brown, connected together by a press-fit.
