Description

Olej nagrzewa sie w retorcie destylacyj¬ nej typu dowolnego do temperatury, ja- kaJ powoduje ulatnianie sie frakcyj olejo¬ wych zarówno lzejszych, jak i ciezszych.Temperatura ta zalezy od natury prze¬ rabianego oleju. W stadjum poczatkowem reakcji opary oleju mozna odprowadzac do retorty rozszczepiajacej zapomoca pary al¬ bo gazu obojetnego, albo tez odparowuje sie olej i wprowadza go do retorty pod odpowiedniem cisnieniem. Skoro rozszcze¬ pianie osiagnelo stopien dostateczny, oleje skrapla zawsze jednak pewna ilosc gazów nie skra¬ plajacych sie, które mozna magazynowac, albo zuzytkoiwac do celów ogrzewania, zgodnie z procesem zwyklym, albo tez taka ilosc gazów tych, jaka jest potrzebna do od-o prowadz*Bl* $e*tf&W olejowych z retorty destylacyjnej do rozkladowej, wprowadza sie napowrót do pierwsizej pod niem cisnieniem, celem mechanicznego od¬ prowadzenia oparów do retorty rozklado¬ wej, zaopatrzonej w odpowiedni katalizator.W pewnych wypadkach mozna wraz z gazami stalem!, powstajacemi w procesie rozszczepiania wprowadzac niewielka ilosc wodoru, amonjaku ajlbo mieszaniny tych ga¬ zów w celu podlilegietlia stopflia nasycenia rozsziczepibnych weglowodorów! ii zapobieze¬ nia powstawaniu wolnego wegla w procesie \*.%. rozszcz^iaflia. W wypadku uzycia aimo- ^\*t njatojiili^t^nia orfi równiez powstawanie V - produktów kwasnych, jakie moglyby sie wytwarzac, wskutek wypadkowego utlenia¬ nia olejów.Mozna si^ tu poslugiwac aparatura ty¬ pu normalnego, skladajaca sie z retorty lub retort destylacyjnych ogrzewanych paleni¬ skiem gazowem lub innem i polaczonych z retorta rozkladowa, nagrzewana do tempe¬ ratury wyzszej, niz sie to dzieje w prakty¬ ce zwyklej, tudziez z urzadzen do powrot¬ nego odprowadzania do retorty destylalcyj- nej nieskroplionych gazów z oparów, odcia¬ gnietych z retorty rozkladowej, dzieki cze¬ mu osiaga sie krazenie ciagle gazów, pod¬ czas gdy opary odciagane z retorty desty¬ lacyjnej zostaja po rozszczepieniu skroplo¬ ne w odpowiednim skraplaczu, otrzymuja¬ cym pare i gazy z retorty. Stosunek ilo¬ sciowy gazów, powracajacych do retorty destylacyjnej reguluje sie w zaleznosci od szybkosci destylacji olejów, a najdmiar gai- zu niezuzytego W procesie mozna odprowa¬ dzic nazewnatrz ii spozytkowac w sposób zwykly. PLThe present invention relates to improvements in oil-splitting processes to convert heavier hydrocarbons to lighter oils, by carrying the oil vapors with a gaseous medium from the distillation retort and bringing them into contact with the heated catalyst. The essence of the invention is that produced in the distillation retort, is introduced into the decomposition retort containing the catalyst, with solid gases or a part of the solid gases produced by the grafting process, whereby these gases are reactive in the presence of the oil vapor catalyst in the splitting process. This method provides a more abundant consumption of lighter hydrocarbons and removes! Necessity to use overhead steam or an inert gas. The oil is heated in any type of distillation retort to a temperature such as to cause the volatilization of both lighter and heavier oil fractions. This temperature depends on the nature of the processed oil. In the initial stage of the reaction, the oil vapors may be discharged into a vapor-splitting retort, or an inert gas, or the oil may be evaporated and introduced into the retort under appropriate pressure. Once the fission has reached a sufficient degree, the oils are always condensed, however, by a certain amount of non-condensable gases which can either be stored or used for heating in accordance with the usual process, or as much of these gases as is needed for the recovery. from the distillation to the decomposition retort, the oil is returned to the first under pressure in order to mechanically lead the vapors to a decomposition retort, provided with a suitable catalyst. In some cases, it is possible with the gases with steel! introduce a small amount of hydrogen, ammonia, or a mixture of these gases, which is formed in the fission process, in order to further saturate the expanding hydrocarbons! and to prevent the formation of free carbon in the process.%. rift. In the case of the use of aimo- ^ \ * t njatojiili ^ orphi, the formation of V - acidic products, which could be produced as a result of the resultant oxidation of oils, can be used here. Normal type apparatus consisting of a retort or distillation retorts heated by a gas furnace or other and combined with a decomposition retort, heated to a temperature higher than usual practice, or from devices for the return of non-condensed vapor gases to the distillation retort, separated from the decomposition retort, thanks to which a continuous circulation of gases is achieved, while the vapors drawn from the distillation retort are condensed in a suitable condenser after decomposition, receiving the vapor and gases from the retort. The quantity of gases returned to the distillation retort is regulated according to the rate of distillation of the oils, and the excess of unused gas in the process can be externally and consumed in the usual way.
