The mechanism of claim A device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the elastic element (5) is a spring. The subject of the invention is a shaft rotation mechanism, in particular of a mobile crane base, the task of which is to exert a torque on another unit, e.g. a crane base, in order to cause its rotation by a given angle. The mechanism of rotation of the shaft, in particular the base of the mobile crane, from the application No. P-296506, is known. In this mechanism, a part of the rotating shaft is placed in a body with a cylindrical chamber. On this part of the shaft, there are two projections located opposite to the shaft axis. The protrusions in their height extend from the bottom of the chamber to the lid, and their length to the side wall of the chamber, on which there are also two protrusions extending from the bottom of the chamber to the cover and to the shaft, dividing the annular space, limited by the shaft, the side wall of the chamber, its bottom and the cover, into two equal parts. To each of these parts there are channels connected from the outside of the body, the outlets of which are located near the projections on the side wall of the chamber. During the trial operation of the known mechanism, it turned out that its wear consists in premature loss of tightness between the projections on the shaft and the side wall of the cylindrical chamber, while the tightness between the projections on the side wall of the chamber and the shaft is maintained. The object of the invention is to eliminate the above phenomenon by providing a mechanism in which the tightness between the projections on the shaft and the side wall of the chamber will be maintained for a longer time of operation of the mechanism. The essence of the invention consists in the fact that the projections on the shaft are blades, preferably with a rectangular cross-section, embedded in a through-hollow made in the shaft, preferably with a rectangular cross-section, wherein at least one elastic element is provided in this hollow between the blades. on the vanes, as a result of which no play-leaks arise between the rubbing surfaces of the vanes and the side wall of the cylindrical chamber in the body. The subject of the invention is presented in the embodiment in the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the mechanism in a section in a plane passing through the shaft axis, and fig. 2 - a cross-section of the mechanism in the plane AA as in fig. 1. The mechanism comprises a body 1 with a cylindrical chamber, in which the end part of the rotating shaft 2 is placed. On this part of the shaft 2 there are two projections in the form of blades 3 with a rectangular cross-section. The blades 3 are embedded in a recess in the shaft 2 - in a through rectangular groove 4 running along the diameter of the shaft 2 (condition of the projections being opposed to the shaft axis). In the groove 4, an elastic element in the form of a spring 5 is arranged between the blades 3, which pushes the blades 3 away from each other. The height of the blades 3 is equal to the distance from the bottom 6 of the chamber to the cover 7, and the length of their parts protruding beyond the shaft 2 - protrusions is equal to the distance from the shaft 2 to the side wall 8 of the chamber. On the side wall 8 of the chamber there are also two projections 9 extending from the bottom 6 of the chamber to the cover 7 and to the shaft 2, dividing the annular space 10 delimited by the shaft 2, the side wall 8 of the chamber, its bottom 6 and the cover 7, into two equal parts. To each of these parts there are channels 11 connected from the outside of the body 1, the outlets 12 of which are located near the projections 9 on the side wall 8 of the chamber. Between the blades 3 and the protrusions 9 there are springs 13 - stops for the movement of the shaft 2.
