Swieca Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia ZOOA - Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest swieca. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono na zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia swiece w widoku z boku w perspektywie. Swieca wedlug wzoru, ma podstawe w ksztalcie czesci stoz- kowego pierscienia o zróznicowanej wysokosci jego pobocznicy. Na krawedzi podstawy osadzono czesc górna swiecy, która tworzy dwie równolegle do siebie usytuowane scianki uksztaltowane promienio- wo wypukle w obrys górnej podstawy. Na pobocznicy sa ksztaltki czerwonych grzybków i zielonych listków. W czesci górne równole- gle do siebie pionowo osadzono knoty. Podstawa swiecy i jej górnaczesc jest skomponowana z róznych odcieni koloru zóltego, i sta- nowia monolit. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph, where Fig. 1 shows the candle in a side view in perspective. The candle, according to the design, has a base in the shape of a part of a conical ring with varying heights of its sides. The upper part of the candle is set on the edge of the base, which consists of two parallel walls shaped radially convex to the outline of the upper base. The sides are shaped like red mushrooms and green leaves. Wicks are set vertically in the upper parts, parallel to each other. The base of the candle and its upper part are composed of various shades of yellow and constitute a monolith. PL PL PL

Protection claim A candle characterized in that it has a base in the shape of a part of a conical ring with a differentiated height of its side, and on the edge of the base there is an upper part of the candle, which forms two parallel walls, shaped radially convex in the outline of the upper base, and on the side there are shapes of red mushrooms and green leaves, and in the upper parts there are vertically placed wicks, wherein the base of the candle and its upper part are composed of different shades of yellow and constitute a monolith, as shown in the attached photograph fig.
