Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nózka do balustrady przeznaczona dla mocowania kon- strukcji balustrady. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których na fig. 1 przedstawiono nózke do balustrady w widoku aksonometrycznym z boku, fig. 2 przedstawiono nózke do balustrady w widoku aksonometrycznym z przodu, fig. 3 przedstawiono nózke do balustrady w wi- doku aksonometrycznym z tylu, a na fig. 4 przedstawiono nózke do balustrady w widoku aksonome- trycznym od góry. Jak pokazano na fotografii cechy istotne wzoru stanowi ksztalt nózki do balustrady, która ma podstawe o obrysie kwadratu zaopatrzonego w zaokraglone lukowo narozniki i przelotowe, cylindryczne otwory umieszczone w poblizu narozników. W srodkowej czesci podstawy znajduje sie polaczony z nia nierozlacznie cienkoscienny profil podstawy o obrysie kwadratu, którego wewnetrzny kwadratowy otwór w obrebie podstawy jest przelotowy. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows an axonometric side view of the balustrade leg, Fig. 2 shows an axonometric front view of the balustrade leg, Fig. 3 shows an axonometric back view of the balustrade leg, and Fig. 4 shows an axonometric top view of the balustrade leg. As shown in the photograph, the essential features of the design are the shape of the balustrade leg, which has a square base with rounded arc corners and through, cylindrical holes located near the corners. In the central part of the base there is an inseparably connected thin-walled base profile with a square outline, the inner square hole of which is a through hole within the base.
