The essence of the design is a new form of steering sill, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines. On the left side, it has a shaped projection, the upper edges of which connect with the horizontal and vertical planes of the parapet mass by gentle arches. Within the projection are openings similar in shape to rectangles, which are inclined towards each other and surrounded by an upwardly projecting rim. Above the opening located on the right side, there is a shaped roof with rectangular openings. In the vertical plane of the mass, in the front wall on the left, below the aforementioned openings, is a rectangular cutout, and on the right side, it has a recess to meet the line of the projection's arch. On the left side wall of the block, the control sill has two parallel slots above the aforementioned rectangular opening and a series of stepped projections along the edge. On the right side wall, the block of the control sill has a stepped descent, its shape similar to the mirror image of the number "2." At the bottom, the block is closed by a horizontal plane.
