Description

Pawilon ogrodowy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru trwa od dnia 29 sierpnia 2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pawilon ogrodowy wykonany z drewna, stanowiacy element architektury ogrodowej, spelniajacy role altany. Istote wzoru stanowi, nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii dachu i scian pawilonu, które nadaja wzorowi oryginalny wyglad. Scianki 5 maja postac kratownicy wykonanej z ukosnie przecinajacych sie listewek 8. Posrodku przedniej i tylnej sciany pawilonu, pod elementami wienca 3 usytuowany jest, równiez, nosny slup 6, którego górny koniec polaczony jest ze slupami 6 azurowych narozy dwoma wygietymi lukowo krawedziakami 9. Natomiast posrodku bocznych scian pawilonu, pod elementami wienca 3 podwieszone sa krótkie wsporniki 10 o przekroju kwadratu, których górne konce polaczone sa, równiez, ze slupami 6 azurowych narozy dwoma, wygietymi lukowo, krawedziakami 9. PL PLGarden Pavilion The design registration right has been in effect since August 29, 2001. The subject of the industrial design is a garden pavilion made of wood, constituting an element of garden architecture, serving as a gazebo. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the roof lines and walls of the pavilion, which give the design its original appearance. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, which shows the pavilion in a perspective view. The pavilion has a pyramid-shaped roof with a square base, set on openwork supports that also constitute the walls of the pavilion. The pavilion's roof consists of eight elements 1 in the shape of isosceles triangles, which, when arranged in pairs, form one of the pyramid's walls: each pair, respectively, forms one of the four roof walls. The surfaces of the elements 1 are slightly concave "downwards", thanks to slightly curved rafters, which are connected by horizontally placed slats overlapping one another. The joints of the elements 1 are covered with masking slats 2 radiating from the top of the roof to its ring 3. The upper finial of the roof is a metal cap 4 in the shape of a pyramid. The area limited by the ring 3 of the roof is slightly larger than the area limited by the openwork supports - so that the roof extends beyond the outline of the walls formed by the supports. The openwork supports located in the corners of the pavilion have two walls 5 each, set at a right angle and limited by vertical load-bearing columns 6 with a square cross-section. The walls 5 have the shape of a vertically arranged rectangle, with the pillars 6 being higher than the height of the walls 5, thanks to which there are rectangular openings 7 between the roof beam 3 and the walls 5. The walls 5 have the form of a truss made of diagonally intersecting slats 8. In the middle of the front and rear walls of the pavilion, under the elements of the ring beam 3, there is also a load-bearing column 6, the upper end of which is connected to the columns of the 6 openwork corners by two bent arc-shaped squares 9. In the middle of the side walls of the pavilion, under the elements of the ring beam 3, there are suspended short square-section supports 10, the upper ends of which are also connected to the columns of the 6 openwork corners by two bent arc-shaped squares 9.
