Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest boks kasowy, stosowany jako stanowisko kasowe, najczesciej w duzych, wielobranzowych sklepach i supermarketach. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajaca boksowi nowy, oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonych fotografiach, fig. 1 i fig.2, przedstawiajacych boks kasowy w widoku ogólnym od strony klienta.Boks kasowy, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym, zaprezentowany na fotografii, fig.l jest zbudowany z wspartej na wsporczych slupach obudowy tasmociagu, blatu lub blatu z czytnikiem kodu kreskowego i towarowej komory, uksztaltowanej w formie litery „L".
