Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest boks kasowy, stosowany jako stanowisko kasowe, najczesciej w duzych, wielobranzowych sklepach i supermarketach. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajaca boksowi nowy, oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonych fotografiach, fig. 1 i fig.2, przedstawiajacych boks kasowy w widoku ogólnym od strony klienta.Boks kasowy, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym, zaprezentowany na fotografii, fig.l jest zbudowany z wspartej na wsporczych slupach obudowy tasmociagu, blatu lub blatu z czytnikiem kodu kreskowego i towarowej komory, uksztaltowanej w formie litery „L". Towarowa komora jest rozmieszczona poprzecznie w stosunku do tasmociagu i blatu. Na wprost wsporczego slupa, stanowiacego podpore towarowej komory znajduje sie slup czesciowo podpierajacy obudowe, przy czym pozostala jego czesc jest zaopatrzona w blat i przeznaczona pod kase. Pomiedzy wsporczymi slupami jest utworzone stanowisko dla kasjerki. Ponizej blatu przesunietego ponizej poziomu obudowy tasmociagu, blatu lub blatu z czytnikiem kodu kreskowego i towarowej komory sa rozmieszczone od wewnetrznej strony slupa korzystnie pólki i szuflady. Obrzeza wsporczych slupów jak i obrzeza pozostalych elementów boksu sa zaokraglone, przy czym od strony klienta pomiedzy wsporczymi slupami znajduje sie przesunieta nieco w glab w stosunku do ich powierzchni scianka. Obudowa od strony klienta i po boku posiada zdobienie w postaci wypuklej, przebiegajacej poziomo odbojowej listwy, natomiast u dolu wsporcze slupy sa ozdobione obwodowa, cokolowa listwa. Na fotografii, fig. 2 - zostal zaprezentowany boks kasowy, który tworzy oparta na wsporczych slupach obudowa. Jest to obudowa tasmociagu, blatu lub blatu z czytnikiem kodu kreskowego oraz towarowej komory. Pomiedzy rozmieszczonymi prostopadle do obudowy wsporczymi slupami jest utworzone stanowisko kasjerki. Jeden wsporczy slup jest odstrony kasjerki zaopatrzony w blat, rozmieszczony ponizej krawedzi obudowy. Blat jest przeznaczony pod kase zas pod nim znajduja sie pólki i szuflady. We wsporczym slupie usytuowanym po przeciwnej stronie slupa pod kasa znajduje sie otwór. W otworze sa zamontowane jeden obok drugiego tasmociagi. Tasmociagi sa wysuniete w obu kierunkach poza obrys wsporczego slupa, wyposazone w obudowe i zaopatrzone w przezroczyste oslony po bokach i od czola oraz posrodku w przegrode. Tylna czesc slupa od strony kasjerki jest oslonieta blatem o tej samej grubosci i kolorystyce co obudowy tasmociagu górnego i dolnych tasmociagów. Pomiedzy obudowa a blatem, nad tasmociagami jest zamontowana poprzecznie przezroczysta pólka, zas miedzy nia a obrzezem od strony kasjerki znajduja sie uchwyty na opakowania. Wsporcze slupy oraz wszystkie elementu boksu maja zaokraglone naroza i sa u dolu wyposazone w ozdobna, cokolowa listwe, przy czym pomiedzy wsporczymi slupami, od strony klienta znajduje sie przesunieta nieco w glab w stosunku do ich powierzchni scianka. Obudowa tasmociagu, blatu lub blatu z czytnikiem kodu kreskowego i towarowej komory od strony klienta jest ozdobiona rozciagajaca sie poziomo, wypukla, odbojowa listwa. PL PLThe design registration right is valid from August 2, 1999. The design is for a checkout counter, used as a checkout counter, most often in large, multi-sector stores and supermarkets.
