Boks kasowy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 28 lipca 1999r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest boks kasowy, stosowany jako stanowisko kasowe, najczesciej w duzych, wielobranzowych sklepach i supermarketach, prowadzacych miedzy innymi sprzedaz ciezkich i duzych gabarytowo produktów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajaca boksowi nowy, oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, fig. 1 - fig.4, na których fig. 1 ilustruje boks kasowy w widoku ogólnym od strony klienta, widoczny z przodu, fig. 2 - przedstawia boks w widoku od strony klienta z tylu, fig.3 - prezentujeboks od strony kasjerki w widoku ogólnym, zas fig.4 - uwidacznia boks od strony klienta. Boks kasowy, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym, zaprezentowany na fotografiach, fig.1 i fig.2 jest uksztaltowany w formie otwieranego od strony kasjerki kontuaru. Na dluzszym boku tego kontuaru, równolegle do stanowiska kasjerki jest zamontowana obudowa tasmociagu, blatu oraz towarowej komory. Obudowa z przodu jest wsparta na slupie, zas na pozostalym odcinku na kontuarze, który od strony klienta ma postac wsporczych, o zaokraglonych narozach slupów. Pomiedzy slupami znajduje sie przesunieta nieco w glab, w stosunku do ich powierzchni scianka. U dolu kontuar oraz slup pod obudowa sa ozdobione cokolowa listwa. Obudowa tasmociagu, blatu oraz towarowej komory jest na koncu scieta ukosnie a od strony klienta posiada zdobienie w formie przebiegajacej poziomo, wypuklej odbojowej listwy. Jeden z krótszych boków kontuaru, tworzacych stanowisko kasjerki posiada blat pod kase, zas krawedz kontuaru po przeciwnej stronie jest ozdobiona listwa, przy czym jest ona zaokraglona, tak jak zaokraglone sa wszystkie naroza wszystkich elementów boksu. Na fotografii, fig.3 i fig.4, zostal przedstawiony boks kasowy, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym. Umozliwia on obsluge klientów dokonujacych zakupu duzych i ciezkich towarów. W celu dokonania odczytu zapisu kodu kreskowego kasjerka jest zmuszona wyjsc z boksu. Jesli towar jest ciezki ale nadaje sie do umieszczenia na tasmociagu wówczas kasjerka moze go przesunac do towarowej komory za pomoca zamontowanych w przesuwanym blacie ruchomych rolek.Boks kasowy, wedlug wzoru jest wyposazony w otwierana od strony klienta obudowe, tworzaca kontuar. Na kontuarze oparta jest obudowa tasmociagu, ruchomego, wyposazonego w rolki blatu oraz towarowej komory. Podstawa boksu od strony klienta ma postac zaokraglonych na narozach slupów z umieszczona pomiedzy nimi i przesunieta nieco w glab scianka, w której jest wykonany otwór, ozdobiony listwami i zamykany drzwiczkami. Tasmociag z przodu jest oparty na slupie, przy czym naroza slupów i wszystkich elementów boksu sa zaokraglone. U dolu sa zaopatrzone w cokolowa, ozdobna listwe. Obudowa tasmociagu, ruchomego blatu oraz towarowej komory posiada zdobienie, które tworzy przebiegajaca poziomo, wypukla, odbojowa listwa. Krótsze boki kontuaru sa zaopatrzone w blaty. PLCash box The right to register a decorative pattern has been valid since 28 July 1999. The subject of the decorative pattern is a checkout box, used as a checkout stand, most often in large, multi-branch stores and supermarkets, selling, among others, heavy and bulky products. The essence of the pattern is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and decoration of the surface, giving the box a new, original look, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached photographs, Figs. 1 - Fig. 4, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view from the customer side, seen from the front, Fig. 2 - shows the box in the rear view from the customer side, Fig. .3 - shows the box from the cashier's side in general view, and fig.4 - shows the box from the customer's side. The checkout box, according to the decorative pattern shown in the photographs, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, is shaped as a counter that opens from the cashier side. On the long side of this counter, parallel to the cashier's stand, the housing of the conveyor belt, the table top and the goods chamber are mounted. The front casing is supported on a post, and on the remaining section on the counter, which from the customer's side is in the form of support, with rounded corners of the pillars. Between the poles there is a wall that is slightly shifted in relation to their surface. At the bottom, the counter and the pole under the housing are decorated with a plinth. The casing of the conveyor belt, the table top and the goods chamber is cut diagonally at the end, and on the customer side it has a decoration in the form of a convex fender strip running horizontally. One of the shorter sides of the counter, forming the cashier's stand, has a counter under the cash register, while the edge of the counter on the opposite side is decorated with a strip, and it is rounded, just like all the corners of all box elements are rounded. The photos, Figures 3 and 4, show a cash box according to a decorative pattern. It enables servicing customers who purchase large and heavy goods. In order to read the barcode entry the cashier has to leave the box. If the goods are heavy but suitable for placing on the conveyor belt, the cashier can move them to the goods chamber with the use of movable rollers mounted in the sliding table. The checkout box, according to the pattern, is equipped with a housing that opens from the customer's side, creating a counter. The counter is supported by the casing of the conveyor belt, the movable table top with rollers and the goods chamber. The base of the box on the customer's side is in the form of poles rounded at the corners with a wall placed between them and slightly shifted into the depth, in which an opening is made, decorated with slats and closed with a door. The conveyor belt at the front rests on a pole, with the corners of the poles and all box elements rounded. At the bottom, they are equipped with a decorative plinth. The housing of the conveyor belt, the movable table top and the cargo chamber has a decoration made of a horizontally convex, bumper strip. The shorter sides of the counter are provided with tops. PL
