Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest boks kasowy, znajdujacy zastosowanie jako stanowisko kasowe, najczesciej w duzych, wielobranzowych sklepach i supermarketach. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajaca boksowi nowy. oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig.1 i fig.2 - ilustruja boks w widoku ogólnym od strony klienta, fig. 3 i fig.4 - przedstawiaja boks od strony kasjerki, natomiast fig.5 - prezentuje przystawke pod kase, widoczna od strony zewnetrznej i wewnetrznej, montowana obok boksu od strony kasjerki i stanowiaca jego uzupelniajace wyposazenie.Boks kasowy, przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, fig. 1, fig.3 i fig.5, wedlug wzoru zdobniczego jest wyposazony w obudowe poziomego blatu, wsparta na podstawie. Podstawa, widoczna od strony klienta ma postac wsporczych slupów, pomiedzy którymi jest usytuowana scianka. Scianka ta jest przesunieta nieco w glab w stosunku do powierzchni slupów. Wsporcze slupy maja zaokraglone naroza a cala podstawa u dolu jest ozdobiona cokolowa tasma. Obudowa blatu posiada zdobienie w formie wypuklej, rozmieszczonej poziomo odbojowej listwy. Boks od strony kasjerki ma wneke. Wneka ta po bokach i u dolu jest zdobiona listwa, stanowiacajednoczesnie usztywnienie konstrukcji. Przystawka, zaprezentowana na fotografii, fig.5 - stanowi uzupelniajace wyposazenie boksu. Jest ona umieszczona od strony kasjerki i pelni role podstawy, na której umieszcza sie kase. Przystawka jest uksztaltowana w formie otwartego jednostronnie od wewnatrz prostopadloscianu, z blatem u góry i ozdobna, cokolowa tasma u dolu. Boks kasowy, przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, fig.2, fig.4 i fig.5, wedlug wzoru zdobniczego jest wyposazony w obudowe poziomego blatu i laczacego sie z ukosnie usytuowana towarowa komora. Obudowa jest wsparta na podstawie. Obudowa widoczna od strony klienta ma postac wsporczych slupów, pomiedzy którymi jest usytuowana scianka. Scianka ta jest przesunieta nieco w glab w stosunku do powierzchni slupów. Wsporcze slupy maja zaokraglone naroza, zas cala podstawa u dolu jest ozdobiona cokolowa tasma. Obudowa posiada zdobienie w formie wypuklej, rozmieszczonej poziomo odbojowej listwy.Boks od strony kasjerki ma wneke. The subject of the ornamental design is a checkout counter, used as a checkout counter, most often in large, multi-sector stores and supermarkets. The checkout box shown in the attached photographs, Fig. 1, Fig. 3, and Fig. 5, following the decorative pattern, is equipped with a horizontal countertop housing supported by a base. The base, visible from the customer's side, is in the form of supporting pillars, between which a wall is located. This wall is slightly offset in relation to the surface of the pillars. The supporting pillars have rounded corners, and the entire base is decorated with a plinth band at the bottom. The countertop casing is decorated with a convex, horizontally arranged bumper strip. The cashier-side box has a recess. This recess is decorated with a strip on the sides and bottom, which also serves as a structural stiffener. The attachment, shown in photograph (Fig. 5), complements the box. It is located on the cashier-side and serves as a base on which the cash register is placed. The attachment is shaped like a cuboid, open on one side, with a countertop at the top and a decorative, plinth-like strip at the bottom. The checkout box, shown in the attached photographs (Fig. 2, Fig. 4, and Fig. 5), is decorated with a horizontal countertop casing that connects to a diagonally positioned goods compartment. The casing is supported by a base. The casing visible from the customer's side is in the form of supporting pillars, with a wall between them. This wall is offset slightly inward relative to the pillars' surface. The supporting pillars have rounded corners, and the entire base is decorated with a base band at the bottom. The casing is decorated with a convex, horizontally arranged bumper strip. The cashier's side of the box has a recess. This recess is decorated with a strip on the sides and bottom, which also serves as a stiffener for the structure. The attachment, shown in the photograph, Fig. 5, is a complementary piece of equipment for the box. It is placed on the cashier's side and serves as a base on which the cash register is placed. The attachment is shaped as a cuboid, open on one side, with a top and a decorative base band at the bottom.
