Fig. 1a shows a variation of the mini dress in which the connection between the bodice and the skirt is concealed by a sash, tied in a bow at the front, while fig. 1b shows the dress identical to variation 1a, but without the sash. Fig. 1c shows this dress in a back view. Figure 2a shows a variation of the midi dress, in which the bodice-skirt junction is concealed by a sash and tied in a bow at the front. Figure 2b shows the dress identical to that in figure 2a, but without the sash. Figure 2c shows this dress from the back. Figure 3a shows a variation of the mini dress, in which the bodice-skirt junction is concealed by a sash and tied in a bow at the front. Characteristic features of the dress include a bodice with two wide straps, parallel to each other at the back, while the bodice has a plunging neckline at the front. The shoulders are exposed.
