The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product – the necklace, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1–3, where Fig. 1 – shows a partial view of the necklace with a round chain, Fig. 2 – shows a partial view of the necklace with a chain and a pendant. Fig. 3 – shows the entire necklace. Essential features of the industrial design: the necklace consists of a neck piece, a chain piece, and a pendant, wherein both ends of the neck piece and the upper part of the pendant are symmetrically attached to the round chain piece, while a clasp with a gemstone is attached to the lower part of the pendant. What's more, the beads strung on the neck piece and pendant can be black, white, or any other color, while the metal parts of the necklace, including the armature, the four cylindrical connectors, and the stone clasp, can be made of gold, silver, or any other metal.
