Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet bizuterii. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac kompletu bizuterii przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, w widoku ogólnym. Fig. 1 przedstawia wisiorek a fig.2 pierscionek. Komplet bizuterii skladajacy sie z wisiorka i pierscionka , posiada nastepujace cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, wisiorek jest w ksztalcie kropli wody, z dwoma otworami na rzemyk w czesci górnej i jednym w dolnej. Z dolnego otworu wysunieta jest czesc rzemyka , podzielona na kilka czesci. Na awersie wisiorka znajduje sie ozdobna spirala. Spirala o podobnym ksztalcie znajduje sie na pierscionku . The essence of the design is a new form of the jewelry set, manifested in its shape. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in a general view. Fig. 1 shows a pendant, and Fig. 2 shows a ring. The jewelry set, consisting of a pendant and a ring, has the following essential industrial design features: the pendant is in the shape of a water drop, with two holes for the strap in the upper part and one in the lower part. A part of the strap protrudes from the lower hole, divided into several parts. On the obverse of the pendant is a decorative spiral. A spiral of a similar shape is located on the ring.
