Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wisiorek z kamieniem szlachetnym. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac: wytworu – wisiorka, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach 1–4, gdzie: ilustracja 1 przedstawia wisiorek w ujeciu bocznym w obejmie zlotej, ilustracja 2 przedstawia wisiorek w ujeciu bocznym w obejmie srebrnej, ilustracja 3 przedstawia wisiorek w ujeciu z przodu w obejmie zlotej, ilustracja 4 przedstawia wisiorek w ujeciu z przodu w obejmie srebrnej. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: wisiorek z kamieniem szlachetnym w róznych barwach, na lancuszku, z obejma wykonana ze zlota, srebra lub innego metalu o profilu pólwalka i z uchwytami do mocowania o podluznym ksztalcie.
