PL 27372 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest bloczek balastowy do montazu paneli fotowoltaicznych. Nowa i oryginalna postac bloczka balastowego, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyraza sie w jego ksztalcie. Charakterystyczna cecha sa uchwyty wiatrownicy – wystajace elementy z tylu bloczków, które umozliwiaja wsuwanie blachy oslaniajacej konstrukcje przed niekorzystnym dzialaniem wiatru pomiedzy bloczkami. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których: fig. 1 – przedstawia bloczek w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 – bloczek w widoku z góry, fig. 3 – bloczek w widoku z dolu, a fig. 4 – pokazuje bloczki balastowe, wedlug wzoru, wykorzystane z innymi elementami i umieszczonymi na nich panelami fotowoltaicznymi. The new and original form of the ballast block, according to the industrial design, is expressed in its shape. A characteristic feature is the wind brace holders – protruding elements on the back of the blocks, which allow for the insertion of sheet metal between the blocks, shielding the structure from the unfavorable effects of wind. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings, in which: Fig. 1 – shows the block in a perspective view, Fig. 2 – the block in a top view, Fig. 3 – the block in a bottom view, and Fig. 4 – shows the ballast blocks, according to the design, used with other elements and with photovoltaic panels placed on them.
