Nowa i oryginalna postac szyny, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyraza sie w jej ksztalcie. Przed- miot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia szyne w widoku izometrycznym, fig. 2 przedstawia szyne w przekroju poprzecznym, a fig. 3 przedstawia szyne z zamon- towanym na górze modulem fotowoltaicznym a od dolu zamontowana na szynie wzdluznej. Szyna do montazu modulów PV ma postac U-ksztaltnej szyny 1 z plaskim dnem 2 i z wywinietymi pod katem prostym na zewnatrz wolnymi ramionami 3 i zagietymi do dolu pod katem prostym konców- kami 4. W plaskim dnie 2 szyna posiada otwór 5 „fasolkowy" do montowania szyny wzdluznej 6, nato- miast w wywinietych ramionach 3 ma otwory 7 do montazu modulu fotowoltaicznego 8. The mounting rail is arranged diagonally and serves to connect a photovoltaic module to a longitudinal rail mounted on a free-standing photovoltaic structure. The rail's new and original form, according to the industrial design, is expressed in its shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the rail in an isometric view, Fig. 2 shows the rail in cross-section, and Fig. 3 shows the rail with a photovoltaic module mounted on top and mounted on a longitudinal rail from below. The rail for mounting PV modules has the form of a U-shaped rail 1 with a flat bottom 2 and free arms 3 bent outwards at a right angle and ends 4 bent downwards at a right angle. In the flat bottom 2 the rail has a "bean" hole 5 for mounting the longitudinal rail 6, while in the bent arms 3 it has holes 7 for mounting the photovoltaic module 8.
