PL 27100 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest element konstrukcyjny wykonany z tworzywa sztucznego, znajdujacy zastosowanie przy montazu oscieznicy drzwi. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, nadana mu przez cechy linii i material z którego jest wykonana. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product manifested in its shape, given to it by the features of the line and the material from which it is made. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustrative material in which fig. 1 - presents photographs of the construction element in a perspective view from the outer bottom side, fig. 2 - presents photographs of the construction element in a perspective view from the inner top side, fig. 3 - presents a drawing of the side side of the construction element and fig. 4 - a drawing of the opposite side side of the construction element. The construction element extruded from plastic is a uniform block similar in shape to the letter "L". It is distinguished by a body having a horizontal arm and a vertical arm. The body has a smooth outer side, and the inner side is shaped on both arms in the form of ribbing in which there is a central rib protruding forward and upwards in relation to the adjacent rib and having a surface equipped with transverse humps, as well as a lateral rib adjacent to the central rib and protruding beyond the width of the body, and also has a lateral extreme rib placed on the side wall of the body next to the smooth outer surface.
