PL 25400 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest doniczka wiszaca, modulowa przeznaczona do uprawy roslin, zlozona z korpusu oraz przykrywki. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac donicy, charakteryzujaca sie ksztaltem i zdobnictwem poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjny, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia doniczke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 – w widoku z boku, fig. 3 – w widoku z góry. Doniczka zlozona z korpusu oraz przykrywki, której cechy istotne to korpus w postaci bryly zblizonej do polowy lejka, który ma w czesci górnej przykrywke, która ma na powierzchni dwa lukowe otwory przedzielone poprzeczka, a w czesci górnej element zblizony do polówki walca, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, fig. 1–3. Ilustracja wzoru Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PLPL 25400 2 Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a hanging, modular flowerpot intended for growing plants, consisting of a body and a lid. The essence of the design is a new form of the flowerpot, characterized by the shape and ornamentation of individual elements. The subject of the design is presented in the attached illustration material, in which Fig. 1 shows the flowerpot in a perspective view, Fig. 2 – in a side view, Fig. 3 – in a top view. A flowerpot consisting of a body and a lid, the essential features of which are the body in the form of a block similar to half a funnel, which has a lid in the upper part, which has two arc-shaped holes on the surface separated by a crossbar, and in the upper part an element similar to half a cylinder, as shown in the attached illustration material, Fig. 1–3.
