Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w fakturze powierzchni, w ukladzie linii i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym zostal pokazany w widoku z boku. Plyta elewacyjna wedlug wzoru zdobniczego w postaci trój warst w owej , której warstwa wewnetrzna l_o fakturze styropianu mausytuowane na polaczeniu z warstwa zewnetrzna kanaly przelotowe 2_. Warstwy zewnetrzne 3 maja postac i barwe plyty laminowanej. PL PLThe decorative design registration right has been in effect since July 2, 1999. The decorative design covers a multi-layered facade panel used in construction as a surface-filling panel, for soundproofing, and in joinery for doors, windows, etc. The essence of the decorative design is a new form of the object, manifesting itself in the surface texture, line arrangement, and color. The decorative design is shown in the attached drawing, in which it is shown in a side view. The decorative design features a three-layer facade panel, with the inner layer (1) with a polystyrene texture and connecting channels (2) to the outer layer. The outer layers (3) have the form and color of a laminated board.
