Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest panel boazeryjny, stosowany powszechnie do wystroju biur, mieszkan, sal wykladowych i konferencyjnych oraz róznego rodzaju innych pomieszczen. Znany jest z polskiego opisu wzoru zdobniczego nr 16355 panel podlogowy. Panel ten ma postac plyty, której sciana boczna ma zarys prostokatny, gdzie na kazdej parze przeciwleglych scian bocznych znajduja sie odpowiednio: na jednej scianie profilowany rowek, majacy w przekroju poprzecznym zarys linii lamanej, a na przeciwleglej scianie profilowany wypust, którego ksztalt odpowiada ksztaltowi profilowanego rowka. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie i barwie, przy czym ksztalt przedstawiony jest schematycznie na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia panel w przekroju poprzecznym, fig. 2 panel w widoku z góry, a barwa to kolorowe dekory umieszczone na plaszczyznie zewnetrznej panelu, na rysunku zaznaczono jako widok „W, w odmianach wzoru przemyslowego, dekory przedstawione sa na zalaczonych kolorowych odbitkach fig. 3 do fig 7. Ksztalt panelu w odniesieniu do znanych paneli sciennych przejawia sie w tym, ze ma ksztalt plyty, której plaszczyzna zewnetrzna jest na bokach dluzszych w ich górnej czesci zaokraglona i w calosci jest pokryta odpowiednia unikatowa kolorowa folia kierunek „ W zaznaczony na rysunku, zwana dekorem. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: postac majaca ksztalt plyty, której plaszczyzna zewnetrzna jest na bokach dluzszych zaokraglona oraz barwy, pokrywajace plaszczyzne zewnetrzna bedace, unikatowymi dekorami, stanowia ze wzór ten jest oryginalny i stanowi absolutna nowosc na swiecie. The floor panel is known from the Polish description of the decorative pattern No. 16355. This panel is in the form of a panel, the side wall of which has a rectangular outline, where on each pair of opposite side walls there are respectively: on one wall a profiled groove with a broken line outline in the cross-section, and a profiled projection on the opposite wall, the shape of which corresponds to the shape of the profiled groove. The essence of the industrial pattern is manifested in the shape and color, the shape is shown schematically in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the panel in cross-section, Fig. 2 the panel in top view, and the color consists of colored decors placed on the external surface of the panel , in the drawing marked as the view "W, in variations of the industrial pattern, the decors are shown in the attached color prints Fig. 3 to Fig. 7. The shape of the panel in relation to known wall panels is manifested in the fact that it has the shape of a plate, the outer surface of which is on the longer sides, their upper part is rounded and fully covered with a suitable unique colored foil in the direction “W marked in the drawing, called the decor. Significant features of the industrial design: the shape of a plate, the outer surface of which is rounded on the longer sides, and the colors covering the outer surface, which are unique decors, make this pattern original and an absolute novelty in the world.
