PL 26539 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest altana przeznaczona do uzytkowania jako wolnostojacy obiekt z mozliwoscia wykorzystania jako pawilon ogrodowy, zadaszenie malego basenu lub jacuzzi. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii nadajac wzorowi nowy i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonych ilustracjach i zdjeciach, na których fig.1 przedstawia perspektywiczny widok altany, fig. 2 – rzut z przodu, fig. 3 – rzut z góry a fig. 4 – zdjecie konstrukcji. Altana ma konstrukcje utworzona z lukowatych zeber, które zbiegaja sie w czesci górnej w jednym miejscu. Lukowate zebra rozmieszczone sa na planie dwóch przylegajacych do siebie polówek osmiokata foremnego o róznej wielkosci. (fig. 3). Dolne czesci lukowatych zeber polaczone sa ze soba poziomymi belkami. Altana z perspektywy rzutu z przodu (fig. 2) jest zblizona ksztaltem do pólsfery. Przestrzenie pomiedzy lukowatymi zebrami a belkami poziomymi wypelnione sa przeszkleniem. Nie zmieniajac istoty wzoru, altana moze byc wyposazona w podloge (podest). Wzór nadaje sie do przemyslowego odtwarzania przy pomocy powszechnie znanych technologii. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Altana ma konstrukcje utworzona z lukowatych zeber, rozmieszczonych na planie dwóch przylegajacych do siebie polówek osmiokata foremnego o róznej wielkosci. Przestrzenie pomiedzy lukowatymi zebrami a belkami poziomymi wypelnione sa przeszkleniem. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines, giving the design a new and original appearance. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations and photos, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the gazebo, Fig. 2 – a front view, Fig. 3 – a top view, and Fig. 4 – a photograph of the structure. The gazebo has a structure composed of arched ribs that converge at the top in a single point. The arched ribs are arranged in the shape of two adjacent halves of a regular octagon of different sizes (Fig. 3). The lower parts of the arched ribs are connected by horizontal beams. The gazebo, from a front view perspective (Fig. 2), is similar in shape to a hemisphere. The spaces between the arched ribs and the horizontal beams are filled with glazing. Without changing the essence of the design, the gazebo can be equipped with a floor (platform). The design is suitable for industrial reproduction using commonly known technologies.
