Element do budowy modeli czasteczek chemicznych stanowi kulka z tworzywa sztucznego, posiadajaca splaszczenia rozlozone przestrzennie. Kazde splaszczenie zawiera rozlozone równomiernie po okregu, wzgledem srodka splaszczenia cztery magnesy, bedace równiez przedstawie- niem wizualnym wiazacych par elektronowych w atomach.
