PL 26280 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt suszacy na strój motocyklowy. Wzór pokazano na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których: Fig. 1 – Przedstawia wzór w aksonometrii oraz kolejno: Fig. 2 – Widok z boku lewego. Fig. 3 – Widok z przodu. Fig. 4 – Przedstawia umiejscowienie wentylatorów. Fig. 5 – Przedstawia opcjonalna funkcjonalnosc. Fig. 6 – Przedstawia przykladowe zastosowanie uchwytu. Istota wzoru jest nowy ksztalt nadany przez odpowiednio dopasowane wygiecia konstrukcji umoz- liwiajace uzytkowanie na wszelkich akcesoriach motocyklowych tj. kaski oraz stroje. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to ksztalt. Ksztalt jak pokazano na ilustracji wzoru jest charakterystyczny. Umiejscowienie wentylatorów po- kazano na Fig. 4 poprzez zaznaczenie na niebiesko. Dodatkowo dzieki zastosowaniu haków zaznaczonych na Fig. 5 (ozn. kolorem zóltym) po stronie lewej oraz prawej uchwyt bedacy przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego umozliwia zawieszenie i zorga- nizowanie innych elementów stroju motocyklowego m.in. kluczyków, rekawic, gogli. Dzieki latwo demontowanemu elementowi zaznaczonym kolorem niebieskim umozliwia korzysta- nie tylko z górnej czesci wzoru przemyslowego w zaleznosci od wymagan odbiorcy co pokazane jest na Fig. 5. The design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 – Shows the design in axonometric view and in the following order: Fig. 2 – View from the left side. Fig. 3 – View from the front. Fig. 4 – Shows the location of the fans. Fig. 5 – Shows optional functionality. Fig. 6 – Shows an example use of the holder. The essence of the design is a new shape given by appropriately matched bends of the structure enabling use on all motorcycle accessories, i.e. helmets and outfits. The essential features of the industrial design are the shape. The shape as shown in the illustration of the design is characteristic. The location of the fans is shown in Fig. 4 by marking in blue. Additionally, thanks to the use of hooks marked in Fig. 5 (marked in yellow) on the left and right side, the holder which is the subject of the industrial design allows for hanging and organizing other elements of the motorcycle outfit, including keys, gloves, goggles. Thanks to the easily detachable element marked in blue, it allows for using only the upper part of the industrial design, depending on the recipient's requirements, which is shown in Fig. 5.
