Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w kolorystyce, ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru w widoku z przodu przedstawiono na zalaczonych fotografiach, z których fotografia nr 1 przedstawia maskotke pluszowa a fotografia nr 2 figurke ceramiczna. Maskotka ma ksztalt stojacego lwa o sylwetce czlowieka, ubranego w letni mundur komisarza policji i jest wykonana w kilku wersjach; z pluszu w róznych rozmiarach i z ceramiki. Mundur sklada sie z czarnych spodni, czarnego paska z biala klamerka i niebieskiej koszuli lub podkoszulka z czarnymi pagonami. Lew na glowie ma czarna czapeczke z daszkiem. Na czapce ma trzy biale gwiazdki. Lew jest w kolorach zloto - brazowych o duzej glowie otoczonej rudawa grzywa, która zaslania male uszy. Pomiedzy szeroko otwartymi, niebieskimi oczami, o cieplym spojrzeniu, ma osadzony szeroki nos z czarnym czubkiem, a ponizej niego usmiechniety pysk. Wasy sa wykonane w postaci czarnych kropek. Pluszowy lew wykonany w duzych rozmiarach, na czarnych pagonach koszuli ma trzy gwiazdki a daszek czapki ma wykonczony biala plisa. Lew jest bosy, w wykonaniu pluszowym ma granatowe podeszwy natomiast w wykonaniu ceramicznym ma namalowane na kazdej stopie cztery pazuiy. Lew w postaci ceramicznej figurki jest ubrany w koszule z krótkimi rekawami zapinana na czarne guziki po lewej stronie lwa jest przypiety dokieszonki koszuli emblemat policji, natomiast prawa kieszonka jest zapieta na czarny guzik, przy czym górne konczyny lwa przypominaja duze, bezpieczne i opiekuncze rece meskie, z których prawa jest kciukiem oparta o pasek natomiast lewa swobodnie opada wzdluz tulowia i wyprostowana dlonia dotyka spodni. Lew w wykonaniu pluszowym jest ubrany w podkoszulek, którego rekawy sa zakonczone lapami a po lewej stronie klatki piersiowej lwa jest przypiety do podkoszulka w jednej z wersji emblemat policji, natomiast w innych wersjach napis „POLICJA" lub „POLICJA WROCLAW", które nie stanowia znamion zglaszanego wzoru. PL PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design is valid from August 17, 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a mascot. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in colors, shape, and line arrangement. The front view of the design is shown in the attached photographs, of which photo no. 1 shows a plush mascot, and photo no. 2 a ceramic figurine. The mascot is in the shape of a standing lion with a human silhouette, dressed in a summer police commissioner's uniform, and is made in several versions: of plush in various sizes and of ceramic. The uniform consists of black trousers, a black belt with a white buckle, and a blue shirt or undershirt with black epaulets. The lion wears a black cap with a peak. On the cap are three white stars. The lion is golden brown, with a large head surrounded by a reddish mane that covers its small ears. Between its wide, warm blue eyes, it has a broad, black-tipped nose, and below it, a smiling muzzle. The mustache is made of black dots. The plush lion, made in large sizes, has three stars on the black shoulder straps of its shirt, and the peak of its cap is finished with a white pleat. The lion is barefoot, and in the plush version, it has navy blue soles, while in the ceramic version, it has four claws painted on each foot. The ceramic lion figurine is wearing a short-sleeved shirt fastened with black buttons. A police emblem is pinned to the left side of the shirt pocket, while the right pocket is fastened with a black button. The lion's upper limbs resemble large, secure, and protective male hands, the right of which rests its thumb on the belt, while the left one hangs freely along the torso, its outstretched hand touching the pants. The plush lion is wearing an undershirt, the sleeves of which end in paws. In one version, a police emblem is pinned to the undershirt on the left side of the lion's chest. In other versions, the inscription "POLICJA" or "POLICJA WROCLAW" (Police Department of State) is displayed, which are not part of the submitted design.
