Garment according to claim 1, characterized in that the piece of self-adhesive cloth (2 ') is sewn onto the garment (1), and the garment comprises a flap (5) arranged for the purpose of covering and of concealing the piece of self-adhesive fabric (2 ') in a collapsed position and to discover said piece of self-adhesive fabric in a raised position, in which the flap is fastened on the garment by means of temporary fixation (62, 63) .

6. Garment according to claim 5, characterized in that in its collapsed position, the flap (5) is fixed on the garment (1) by means of two automatic (54; 56) arranged, respectively, to one and the other side of the piece of self-adhesive cloth (2 ').

Clothing according to claim 5, characterized in that said temporary fixing means for holding the flap in its raised position comprise, at least, an automatic, one of whose elements (52), male or female, is fixed on the flap and the complementary element (53) is fixed on the garment above the flap.

The garment according to claim 7, characterized in that they are available to the users of the garment removable decorative elements (62, 63), male or female, automatic, complementary elements (52, 53) fixed respectively , on the flap and over the flap, to place them on said integral elements of the garment when the flap is in a collapsed position.
