Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac zawieszki przejawiajaca sie ksztaltem i ukla- dem linii, które nadaja dla zawieszki oryginalny wyglad umozliwiajacy jego identyfikacje. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku – fotografii, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia zawieszke w widoku aksonometrycznym w widoku od góry z prawej strony, Fig. 2 przed- stawia zawieszke w widoku aksonometrycznym w widoku od góry z lewej strony, natomiast Fig. 3 przed- stawia zawieszke w widoku z boku. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego ujawnionego na zalaczonym rysunku – fotografii od Fig. 1 do Fig. 3, jest obly ksztalt pionowej sciany zawieszki, na której widoczne jest prostokatne oble wglebie- nie. Z górnej czesci pionowej sciany zawieszki, z jej dwóch skrajnych czesci wyprowadzone sa dwa wygodne oble poziome elementy dla posadowienia zawieszki na rurze, przejawiajace sie szczególnym wyprofilowaniem, jak pokazano na rysunku Fig. 1, Fig. 2 i Fig. 3. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the pendant, manifested by the shape and arrangement of lines that give the pendant an original appearance enabling its identification. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing/photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the pendant in an axonometric view from the top right, Fig. 2 shows the pendant in an axonometric view from the top left, while Fig. 3 shows the pendant in a side view. A significant feature of the industrial design disclosed in the attached drawing/photographs from Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 is the oval shape of the vertical wall of the pendant, which features a rectangular, rounded recess. From the upper part of the vertical wall of the hanger, from its two extreme parts, two convenient rounded horizontal elements are led out for mounting the hanger on the pipe, which are characterized by a special profiling, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3.
