PL 26133 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampa przeznaczona do uzytku domowego lub w dzia- lalnosci gospodarczej jak np. w biurach, sklepach, kawiarniach, restauracjach jako lampa przysufitowa. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie i ukladzie linii, oraz zdobieniu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysun- kach: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3. Lampa w postaci szklanego trapezowego klosza z dekoracja w postaci jednokolorowego szero- kiego pasa siegajacego 1/3 wysokosci klosza od jego wewnetrznej strony, wykonanego za pomoca wyklejanych recznie platów metalu, umieszczonego w wezszej, górnej czesci trapezowego klosza, która wyposazona jest w umieszczona na nim obrecz w kolorze czarnym od wezszej czesci trapezowego klosza, natomiast w wewnetrznej przestrzeni klosza, od jego wezszej czesci widoczna jest szklana, biala matowa kopula zaslaniajaca zródlo swiatla i przepuszczajaca promienie swietlne, jak na Fig. 1, Fig. 2, oraz Fig. 3. Odmiana I – przedstawia lampe z dekoracja w postaci jednokolorowego ozdobnego pasa wyklejanych recznie platów metalu, zajmujaca 1/3 wysokosci klosza od jego wezszej strony w kolorze zlotym, jak na Fig. 1. 2. Odmiana II – przedstawia lampe z dekoracja w postaci jednokolorowego ozdobnego pasa wyklejanych recznie platów metalu, zajmujaca 1/3 wysokosci klosza od jego wezszej strony w kolorze srebrnym, jak na Fig. 2. 3. Odmiana III – przedstawia lampe z dekoracja w postaci jednokolorowego pasa ozdobnego wyklejanych recznie platów metalu, zajmujaca 1/3 wysokosci klosza od jego wezszej strony w kolorze miedzianym, jak na Fig. 3. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in an original shape, arrangement of lines, and decoration. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawings: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3. A lamp in the form of a glass trapezoidal lampshade with a decoration in the form of a single-coloured wide strip reaching 1/3 of the lampshade height from its inner side, made of hand-glued metal sheets, placed in the narrower, upper part of the trapezoidal lampshade, which is equipped with a black rim placed on it from the narrower part of the trapezoidal lampshade, while in the inner space of the lampshade, from its narrower part, a matt white glass dome is visible covering the light source and transmitting light rays, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3. The industrial design may appear in three varieties, with the elements indicated above constituting their common features. The variants of the industrial design differ in the colour of the decoration in the form of hand-glued metal sheets, occupying 1/3 of the height of the lampshade from its narrower side, and as follows: 1. Variation I – shows a lamp with a decoration in the form of a single-colour decorative strip of hand-glued metal sheets, occupying 1/3 of the height of the lampshade from its narrower side, in gold colour, as in Fig. 1. 2. Variation II – shows a lamp with a decoration in the form of a single-colour decorative strip of hand-glued metal sheets, occupying 1/3 of the height of the lampshade from its narrower side, in silver colour, as in Fig. 2. 3. Variation III – shows a lamp with a decoration in the form of a single-colour decorative strip of hand-glued metal sheets, occupying 1/3 of the height of the lampshade from its narrower side, in copper colour, as in Fig. 3. Essential features of the industrial design An essential feature of the industrial design is that the lamp has the form of a trapezoidal glass lampshade with a decoration in the form of a single-coloured wide strip reaching 1/3 of the lampshade height from its inner side, made of hand-glued metal sheets, placed in the narrower, upper part of the trapezoidal lampshade, which is equipped with a black rim placed on it, placed from the narrower part of the trapezoidal lampshade, while in the inner space of the lampshade, from its narrower part, there is a glass, white matte dome visible covering the light source and transmitting light rays, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3. An essential feature of the industrial design is that the lamp can be available in three varieties, differing in the colour of the decoration on the lampshade. A significant feature of the industrial design is that variant I depicts a lamp with a decoration in the form of a single-colored strip of hand-glued metal sheets, occupying 1/3 of the height of the lampshade from its narrower side, in gold. A significant feature of the industrial design is that variant II depicts a lamp with a decoration in the form of a single-colored strip of hand-glued metal sheets, occupying 1/3 of the height of the lampshade from its narrower side, in silver. A significant feature of the industrial design is that variant III depicts a decoration in the form of a single-colored strip of hand-glued metal sheets, occupying 1/3 of the height of the lampshade from its narrower side, in copper.
