PL 26130 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampa przeznaczona do uzytku domowego lub w dzia- lalnosci gospodarczej jak np.: w biurach, sklepach, kawiarniach, restauracjach jako lampa wolnostojaca. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie i ukladzie linii, oraz zdobieniu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysun- kach: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, oraz Fig. 6. Lampa skladajaca sie ze szklanego trapezowego klosza z dekoracja w postaci jednokolorowego pasa siegajacego 1/3 wysokosci klosza od jego wewnetrznej strony, wykonanego za pomoca wykleja- nych recznie platów metalu, umieszczonego w wezszej czesci trapezowego klosza, posiada od dolnej, wezszej czesci trapezowego klosza umieszczona pod nim metalowa obrecz w kolorze czarnym, nato- miast w wewnetrznej przestrzeni klosza, od jego wezszej czesci widoczna jest szklana, biala matowa kopula zaslaniajaca zródlo swiatla i przepuszczajaca promienie swietlne, jak na Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, oraz Fig. 6. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in the original shape and arrangement of lines, and decoration. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawings: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, and Fig. 6. A lamp consisting of a glass trapezoidal lampshade with a decoration in the form of a single-coloured strip reaching 1/3 of the lampshade height from its inner side, made by means of hand-glued metal sheets, placed in the narrower part of the trapezoidal lampshade, has a black metal ring placed under it from the lower, narrower part of the trapezoidal lampshade, while in the inner space of the lampshade, from its narrower part, there is a glass, white matt dome visible covering the light source and transmitting light rays, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, and Fig. 6. The industrial design may occur in 6 varieties, where the elements indicated above constitute their common features, and the varieties of the industrial design differ in the colour of the decoration in the form of a single-colour strip of hand-glued metal sheets, occupying 1/3 of the height of the lampshade from its narrower side, and in size, as follows: 1. Variation I – presents a lamp equipped with decoration in the form of a single-colour strip of hand-glued metal sheets, occupying 1/3 of the height of the lampshade from its narrower side, in gold colour. As in Fig. 1. 2. Variation II – presents a lamp equipped with decoration in the form of a single-colour strip of hand-glued metal sheets, occupying 1/3 of the height of the lampshade from its narrower side, in silver colour. As in Fig. 2. 3. Variation III – shows a lamp equipped with decorations in the form of a single-coloured strip of hand-glued metal sheets, occupying 1/3 of the height of the lampshade from its narrower side in copper colour. Variation IV – shows a twice as large lamp equipped with decorations in the form of a single-coloured strip of hand-glued metal sheets, occupying 1/3 of the height of the lampshade from its narrower side in gold colour. Variation V – shows a twice as large lamp equipped with decorations in the form of a single-coloured strip of hand-glued metal sheets, occupying 1/3 of the height of the lampshade from its narrower side in silver colour. Variation VI – shows a lamp twice as large, equipped with decorations in the form of a single-coloured strip of hand-glued metal sheets, occupying 1/3 of the height of the lampshade from its narrower side in copper colour. Essential features of the industrial design An essential feature of the industrial design is that the lamp consisting of a glass trapezoidal lampshade with decoration in the form of a single-coloured strip reaching 1/3 of the lampshade height from its inner side, made using hand-glued metal sheets, placed in the narrower part of the trapezoidal lampshade, has a black metal ring placed underneath it from the lower, narrower part of the trapezoidal lampshade, while in the inner space of the lampshade, from its narrower part, there is a glass, white matt dome visible, covering the light source and transmitting light rays, as in Fig. 1.
