PL 26131 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampa przeznaczona do uzytku domowego lub w dzia- lalnosci gospodarczej jak np.: w biurach, sklepach, kawiarniach, restauracjach jako lampy wiszaca. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie i ukladzie linii, oraz zdobieniu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysun- kach: Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5.1, Fig. 5.2, Fig. 6.1, oraz Fig. 6.2. Na Fig. 1.2, Fig. 5.2, oraz Fig. 6.2 przedstawiono lampy od frontu w zblizeniu poszczególnych elementów. Lampa skladajaca sie ze szklanego trapezowego klosza z dekoracja w postaci jednokolorowego szerokiego pasa siegajacego okolo 1/3 wysokosci klosza od jego zewnetrznej strony, wykonanego za pomoca wyklejanych recznie platów metalu, umieszczonego w wezszej czesci trapezowego klosza, która wyposazona jest w umieszczona na nim pokrywe w kolorze czarnym, z której wylaniaja sie 3 stalowe linki umieszczone wokól przewodu w czarnym oplocie tekstylnym, polaczone z górna meta- lowa kopula montazowa, natomiast w wewnetrznej przestrzeni klosza, od jego wezszej czesci widoczna jest szklana, biala matowa kopula zaslaniajaca zródlo swiatla i przepuszczajaca promienie swietlne, jak na Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5.1, Fig. 5.2, Fig. 6.1, oraz Fig. 6.2. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in the original shape and arrangement of lines, and decoration. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawings: Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5.1, Fig. 5.2, Fig. 6.1, and Fig. 6.2. Fig. 1.2, Fig. 5.2, and Fig. 6.2 show the lamps from the front with close-ups of individual elements. A lamp consisting of a glass trapezoidal lampshade with a decoration in the form of a single-coloured wide strip reaching approximately 1/3 of the lampshade height from its outer side, made using hand-glued metal sheets, placed in the narrower part of the trapezoidal lampshade, which is equipped with a black cover placed on it, from which 3 steel cables emerge placed around a cable in a black textile braid, connected to the upper metal mounting dome, while in the inner space of the lampshade, from its narrower part, there is a glass, white matt dome visible covering the light source and transmitting light rays, as in Fig. 1.1, Fig. 1.2, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5.1, Fig. 5.2, Fig. 6.1, and Fig. 6.2. The industrial design may occur in 6 varieties, where the elements indicated above constitute their common features. The varieties of the industrial design differ in the colour scheme of the decoration in the form of a single-coloured strip of hand-glued metal sheets, occupying approximately 1/3 of the height of the lampshade from its narrower side, and the proportion of the size of the lampshade to the length of the cable in black textile braiding and steel cables. And so: 1. Variation I – presents a smaller lampshade in relation to the cable and steel cables, with decoration in the form of a single-coloured strip of hand-glued metal sheets, occupying approximately 1/3 of the height of the lampshade from its narrower side in gold colour. As in Fig. 1.1, and Fig. 1.2. 2. Variation II – shows a smaller lampshade in relation to the wire and steel cables, with decoration in the form of a single-coloured strip of hand-glued metal sheets, occupying approximately 1/3 of the height of the lampshade from its narrower side in silver. Variation III – shows a smaller lampshade in relation to the wire and steel cables, with decoration in the form of a single-coloured strip of hand-glued metal sheets, occupying approximately 1/3 of the height of the lampshade from its narrower side in copper. Variation IV – shows a larger lampshade in relation to the wire and steel cables, with decoration in the form of a single-coloured strip of hand-glued metal sheets, occupying approximately 1/3 of the height of the lampshade from its narrower side in gold. Variant V – presents a lampshade larger in relation to the wire and steel cables, with decoration in the form of a single-coloured strip of hand-glued metal sheets, occupying approximately 1/3 of the height of the lampshade from its narrower side in silver colour. Variant VI – presents a lampshade larger in relation to the wire and steel cables, with decoration in the form of a single-coloured strip of hand-glued metal sheets, occupying approximately 1/3 of the height of the lampshade from its narrower side in copper colour.
