PL 25592 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest blacha dachówkowa, uzywana w budownictwie, zwlasz- cza, jako pokrycie dachowe. Nowy i oryginalny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w stylizowanym ksztalcie blachy dachówkowej i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony schematycznie na ilustracji, na której fig. 1 przedstawia górna powierzchnie blachy dachówkowej w widoku ukosnym, fig. 2 – schematycznie modul blachy dachówkowej w widoku z boku, równoleglym do kalenicy dachu, fig. 3 – schematycznie modul blachy dachówkowej w widoku z góry, a fig. 4 – schematycznie zarys ksztaltu modulu blachy dachów- kowej w kierunku prostopadlym do kalenicy dachu. Jak uwidoczniono na rysunku, blacha dachówkowa ma postac wyprofilowanego arkusza blachy, zawierajacego naprzemiennie wypukle górne zebra i wklesle dolne zebra, które po ulozeniu na dachu sa prostopadle do kalenicy dachu. Górne zebra sa wyposazone w szerokie rowki, a dolne zebra w srodkowej czesci maja powierzchnie plaska. Modul blachy dachówkowej jest wzdluz przedzielony progiem, równoleglym do kalenicy dachu i dzielacym arkusz blachy na jednakowe pasma blachy. The new and original character of the industrial design is manifested in the stylized shape of the sheet of tile roofing and the arrangement of lines. The subject of the industrial design is schematically shown in the illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the upper surface of the sheet of tile roofing in an oblique view, Fig. 2 – a schematic representation of a sheet of tile roofing module in a side view parallel to the roof ridge, Fig. 3 – a schematic representation of a sheet of tile roofing module in a top view, and Fig. 4 – a schematic outline of the shape of the sheet of tile roofing module in a direction perpendicular to the roof ridge. As shown in the drawing, roofing tile is a profiled sheet of metal with alternating convex upper ribs and concave lower ribs, which, when laid on the roof, are perpendicular to the roof ridge. The upper ribs are equipped with wide grooves, while the lower ribs in the middle have a flat surface. The roofing tile module is divided lengthwise by a threshold, parallel to the roof ridge and dividing the sheet into equal strips.
