PL 25530 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik na lody, ze stylizowanymi napisami i rysunkami, przeznaczony na opakowanie lodów spozywczych. Nowy i oryginalny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie i barwie pojemnika oraz w kolorowej szacie graficznej na powierzchni pojemnika, zawierajacej kompozycje stylizowanych elementów slownych i graficznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony takze na zalaczonej barwnej ilustracji zbiorczej, przedstawiajacej w widoku perspektywicznym zamkniete pojemniki, jak na fig. 1.1, fig. 2.1, fig. 3.1, fig. 4.1, fig. 5.1, fig. 6.1, fig. 7.1 i fig. 8.1. Jak uwidoczniono na rysunku, do istotnych cech wzoru przemyslowego nalezy pojemnik o granatowej barwie powierzchni, z jasnogranatowym przebarwieniem, zamkniety wiekiem, który w widoku czolowym ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata z zaokraglonymi narozami. Obrzeze wieka jest zaokraglone i zachodzi szczelnie na odpowiednie zgrubienie górnego obrzeza pojemnika. W jednym z zaokraglonych narozy jest zespól konstrukcyjny w postaci plomby, zabezpieczajacy pojemnik przed przypadkowym otwarciem. Scianka boczna pojemnika jest pochylona wzgledem wieka i denka pojemnika. Szata slowno-graficzna pojemnika jest oznaczona logiem zglaszajacego oraz stylizowanym napisem: „GARDEN PARTY". The new and original nature of the industrial design is manifested in the shape and color of the container and in the colorful graphic design on the surface of the container, containing a composition of stylized verbal and graphic elements. The subject of the industrial design is also shown in the attached collective colour illustration, presenting closed containers in perspective view, as in fig. 1.1, fig. 2.1, fig. 3.1, fig. 4.1, fig. 5.1, fig. 6.1, fig. 7.1 and fig. 8.1. As shown in the drawing, the essential features of the industrial design include a container with a navy blue surface colour, with a light navy blue discolouration, closed with a lid, which in a frontal view has a shape similar to a rectangle with rounded corners. The rim of the lid is rounded and tightly overlaps the appropriate thickening of the upper rim of the container. In one of the rounded corners there is a structural assembly in the form of a seal, securing the container against accidental opening. The side wall of the container is inclined in relation to the lid and the bottom of the container. The verbal and graphic design of the container is marked with the applicant's logo and a stylized inscription: "GARDEN PARTY".
