Znak graficzny przedstawia zestaw wyrazów „OLÉ-PRO", napisanych gruba linia, rozstrzelonym drukiem, duzymi literami. Wyrazy oddzielone sa pozioma linia, myslnikiem, a nad litera „É" zaznaczony jest katowo trapezowo wskaznik akcentu. 2. Pod zestawem wyrazów znajduja sie trzy poziome kolorowe linie o grubosci linii, jak górnego wyrazu znaku. Pierwsza linia zaznaczona jest w plaszczyznie liter „OL" i ma kolor ciemnoczerwony, druga linia umieszczona jest na docinku pomiedzy litera „É", myslnikiem i litera „P" i ma barwe jasnoczerwona, trzecia linia znajduje sie w plaszczyznie liter „RO" i ma kolor zólty. 3. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shape of the graphic mark containing a set of words on the display surface, which, combined with the colors, has a suggestive effect on potential customers in the production, sales, and service activities conducted in the heating and installation industry. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, showing a frontal view of the display surface of the company's graphic mark. Essential Features of the Industrial Design 1. The graphic mark represents a set of the words "OLÉ-PRO," written in a thick line, in spaced-out capital letters. The words are separated by a horizontal line, a dash, and above the letter "É" there is an angular trapezoidal accent indicator. 2. Below the set of words there are three horizontal colored lines with the same line thickness as the top word of the character. The first line is marked in the plane of the letters "OL" and is dark red, the second line is placed on the segment between the letter "É", the dash, and the letter "P" and is light red, the third line is placed in the plane of the letters "RO" and is yellow. 3. Below the segments of colored lines there is the inscription of the term "Intelligent Heating Systems", written in lowercase with the first letters in uppercase, in a decorative font, with a medium-thick line, and in gray.
