Przejscie pionowego wspornika w zagiete ramie ma, po wewnetrznej stronie zagiecia, w widoku z boku, postac luku o niewielkim promieniu, a od zewnetrznej strony zagiecia, w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, srodkowa czesc powierzchni zewnetrznej zagiecia jest ostro zalamana a skrajne czesci maja postac lukowych zaokraglen, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fotografiach, fot. 1.1, 1.6, 1.7. Na przednia, zaokraglona do przodu, powierzchnie pionowego wspornika nasuniete sa, obejmujace te przedniapowierzchnie i czesci powierzchni bocznych wspornika, dwa jednakowe klockowe elementy w kontrastowym kolorze, w widoku z góry i z dolu, o zarysie wycinka pierscienia, ze skierowanymi promieniowo do wewnatrz wystepami, przy czym górny klockowy element ma na górnej powierzchni guzikowe wystepy w kolorze wspornika, ulozone wzdluz tej powierzchni tak, ze siedem z nich tworzy odcinek luku wygiety przeciwnie do lukowej krawedzi przedniej powierzchni elementu, a ósmy znajduje sie przy tej krawedzi na srodku elementu klockowego a na przedniej powierzchni górnego elementu klockowego zaznaczone sa, za pomoca ciemniejszych linii z naniesionymi na nie punktami, dwa wspólosiowe okregi. Pod dolnym klockowym elementem, na przedniej powierzchni pionowego wspornika znajduja sie przyciski, rozmieszczone w dwóch pionowych rzedach, po cztery w * rzedzie, przy czym trzy przyciski w rzedzie sa równoodlegle, a skrajne górne przyciski w rzedzie sa w wiekszej odleglosci od pozostalych, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fotografiach, fot. 1.1, 1.2, 1.6, 1.7. W dolnej czesci pionowego wspornika, jako najnizszy element na przedniej powierzchni wspornika, znajduje sietrzecie sitko natryskowe w pierscieniowej oprawie, w postaci pionowo usytuowanego krazka o lekko uwypuklonej przedniej powierzchni i o srednicy mniejszej od srednicy górnego dysku, osadzone w kielichowej podstawie przymocowanej do wspornika, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fotografiach, fot. 1.1, 1.2, i fot. 1.5 do 1.7. W widoku z tylu, pionowy wspornik ma postac korytka, wewnatrz którego, wzdluz jego wysokosci, przebiegaja dwa walcowe prety, które w dolnej czesci, ponizej klockowych elementów na przedniej powierzchni, przechodza przez prostokatna przegrode wypelniajaca korytko, przy czym korytko siega do wysokosci zagietego ramienia, gdzie ograniczone jest od góry pelna powierzchnia, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fotografiach, fot. 1.3. PL PLSpray Device The right to register an ornamental design is valid from: 9 May 2001. Priority date: 10 November 2000 (Germany). The subject of the ornamental design is a spray device. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the spray device, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surface. The spray device according to the pattern, thanks to the fact that it is equipped with several spray points, allows for performing not only hygienic but also therapeutic procedures. The subject of the decorative pattern is shown in two versions in the attached photographs, in which photo 1.1 to photo 1.7 shows the spray device in the first version, where photo 1.1 shows the spray device in a side view, photo 1.2 shows the spray device in a front view, photo 1.3 shows the spray device in a back view, photo 1.4 shows the spray device in a top view, photo 1.5 - the spray device in a bottom view, photo 1.6 - the spray device in a side perspective view, photo 1.7 - the spray device in a top perspective view, and photos 2.1 to 2.7 show the device spray device in the second variant, wherein photo 2.1 shows the spray device in the second variant in a side view, photo 2.2 - the spray device in the second variant in a front view, photo 2.3 - the spray device in the second variant in a back view, photo 2.4 - the spray device in the second variant in a top view, photo 2.5 - the spray device in the second variant in a bottom view, photo 2.6 - the spray device in the second variant in a perspective view, and photo 2.7 - the spray device in the second variant in a perspective view from above. The spray device according to the ornamental pattern in the first variant is characterized in that it is in the form of a vertical support having at the top an arm bent towards the front of the device at an angle close to a right angle, wherein the bent arm of the support narrows slightly towards the front and ends with a round, approximately horizontally placed disc, with a diameter significantly larger than the width of the arm, which on the upper surface has a concentrically drawn circular groove with a diameter clearly smaller than the diameter of the disc and on the lower surface, in its middle part, has a concentrically mounted spray strainer, with a diameter close to the diameter of the groove on the upper surface, in a side view, slightly protruding from this surface, wherein when looking from below the spray device, on the lower surface of the disc, on its side furthest from the vertical support, between the edge of the strainer and the outer the edge of the disc is located on part of the arc of the circle with a concentric groove, as shown in the attached photographs, photos 1.1, 1.2 and 1.4 to 1.7. The vertical support with the bent arm has, in cross-section and in a bottom view, the outline of a trapezoid, the larger base of which, constituting the edge of the front surface of the support, is bent outwards in an arc, while the lower wall of the support has two holes situated next to each other near the rear edge of the wall, as shown in the attached photographs, photos 1.5, 1.7. The transition of the vertical support into the bent arm has, on the inner side of the bend, in a side view, the form of an arc with a small radius, and on the outer side of the bend, in a perspective side view, the central part of the outer surface of the bend is sharply broken and the outer parts have the form of arc-like roundings, as shown in the attached photographs, photos 1.1, 1.6, 1.7. Onto the front, forwardly rounded surface of the vertical support, two identical block-like elements in a contrasting colour are slid, encompassing the front surface and parts of the side surfaces of the support, viewed from above and below, having the outline of a ring segment, with projections directed radially inwards, wherein the upper block-like element has on its upper surface button-like projections in the colour of the support, arranged along that surface so that seven of them form an arc segment bent opposite to the arc-like edge of the front surface of the element, and the eighth is located at that edge in the centre of the block-like element, and on the front surface of the upper block-like element, two coaxial circles are marked by darker lines with points marked on them. On the lower block-shaped element, at the height of its upper outer horizontal edge, a second shower strainer is mounted on a concave support, overlapping its upper and front surfaces with an arc, in a spherical cup-shaped frame, with a diameter smaller than the diameter of the upper disc, as shown in the attached photographs, photos 1.1, 1.2, 1.6, 1.7. Below the lower block-shaped element, on the front surface of the vertical support, there are buttons arranged in two vertical rows, four in each row, with three buttons in a row being equidistant, and the topmost buttons in the row being further away from the others, as shown in the attached photographs, photos 1.1, 1.2, 1.6, 1.7. In the lower part of the vertical support, as the lowest element on the front surface of the support, there is a third shower strainer in an annular frame, in the form of a vertically positioned disc with a slightly convex front surface and a diameter smaller than the diameter of the upper disc, mounted in a cup-shaped base attached to the support, as shown in the attached photographs, photos 1.1, 1.2, and photos 1.5 to 1.7. In the rear view, the vertical support has the form of a trough, inside which, along its height, two cylindrical rods run, which in the lower part, below the block-like elements on the front surface, pass through a rectangular partition filling the trough, the trough reaching up to the height of the bent arm, where it is limited from above by a full surface, as shown in the attached photographs, photo 1.3. The spray device in the second version differs from the previous one in that in the lower part of the vertical support, as the lowest element on its front surface, there is, instead of the third spray strainer, a support horizontally oriented and rounded towards the front of the device in the form of a rectangular cross-section bow, terminated on both sides with further spray strainers, each in an annular frame, in the form of a vertically positioned disc, resting on a low base of smaller diameter, with a slightly convex front surface and a diameter smaller than the diameter of the upper disc, as shown in the attached photographs, photos 2.1 to 2.7.
