Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie prysznica. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zala- czonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia prysznic w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z boku i z góry fig.2- prysznic w widoku z przodu, fig.3- prysznic w widoku z tylu, fig.4- prysznic w widoku z boku, fig.5- prysznic w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- prysznic w widoku z góry, a fig.7- prysznic w widoku z dolu.Prysznic wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy sitko, ramie i wspornik, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: sitko ma ksztalt walca obejmujacego dwa segmenty, przy czym na powierzchni dolnej nizszego segmentu znajduje sie kilka- dziesiat kolistych otworków ulozonych na zarysach wspólsrod- kowych okregów, zas na powierzchni górnej wyzszego segmentu znajduje sie centralne wklesniecie w ksztalcie stozka sciete- go, w którym usytuowany jest poczatek walcowego ramienia prysznica, majacego, w widoku z boku, zarys litery "L". Ko- niec ramienia prysznica polozony jest we wsporniku majacym postac prostopadlosciennej plytki o podstawie kwadratu, usy- tuowanej tak, ze jej podstawy przebiegaja równolegle do osi sitka, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 7.FIG . 1FIG. 2 FIG. 3 FIG. 4FIG. 5 FIG. 6 FIG. 7 PL PLShower The design registration right is valid from: August 14, 2002. Priority: March 5, 2002 (Federal Republic of Germany). The subject of the industrial design is a shower. The novelty and originality of the design are reflected in the shape of the shower. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where fig. 1 shows the shower in a perspective view from the front, side and top, fig. 2 - shower in front view, fig. 3 - shower in back view, fig. 4 - shower in side view, fig. 5 - shower in view from the other side, fig. 6 - shower in top view, and fig. 7 - shower in bottom view. The shower according to the industrial design, comprising a strainer, arm and support, has the following essential features: the strainer has the shape of a cylinder comprising two segments, wherein on the lower surface of the lower segment there are several dozen circular holes arranged on the outlines of concentric circles, while on the upper surface of the higher segment there is a central concavity in the shape of a truncated cone, in which the beginning of the cylindrical shower arm is located, having, in the top view side, in the shape of the letter "L". The end of the shower arm is placed in a bracket in the form of a rectangular plate with a square base, arranged so that its bases run parallel to the axis of the strainer, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 to 7.
