PL 23632 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kotwa mocujaca, przeznaczona do mocowania okien lub drzwi w budynkach. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac kotwy, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie. Ko- twa ma dluga listwe z szeregiem otworów, która przeznaczona jest do opierania sie o powierzchnie otworu w budynku i krótsza listwe, z dwoma otworami, przeznaczona do opierania sie o rame okna lub drzwi. Listwy sa polaczone ukladem sruba-nakretka, za pomoca którego zmienia sie odleglosc pomie- dzy listwami. Przez wykrecanie sruby z nakretki rozpiera kotwe w otworze przeznaczonym do moco- wania okna lub drzwi. Z wykorzystaniem otworów w listwach mocuje sie kotwe z jednej strony do bu- dynku i z drugiej strony do ramy okna lub drzwi. Przedmiot wzoru jest pokazany na rysunku, na którym na fig. 1 pokazano kotwe mocujaca w widoku perspektywicznym na fig. 2 pokazano kotwe mocujaca w widoku z boku, a na fig. 3 – w wi- doku z góry. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the anchor, manifested in its shape. The anchor has a long strip with a series of holes, which is designed to rest against the surface of the opening in the building, and a shorter strip with two holes, designed to rest against the window or door frame. The strips are connected by a screw-and-nut system, which changes the distance between the strips. Unscrewing the screw from the nut expands the anchor in the hole intended for mounting the window or door. Using the holes in the strips, the anchor is attached to the building on one side and to the window or door frame on the other. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the mounting anchor in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the mounting anchor in a side view, and Fig. 3 shows the mounting anchor in a top view.
