Description of the invention

The subject of the invention is a mixer for loose feeds that enables thorough mixing of feeds with the addition of a small amount of components.

Until now, vertical, horizontal and oblique screw mixers with ordered or disordered movement of the mixed material have been used for mixing feeds. The main element of the mixer with ordered movement is the screw mounted in the housing, the feed in the mixer is transported from the bottom upwards and, falling from the chute, it is moved in a cyclical manner. In a random motion mixer, the mixers have fixed or variable diameter screws and no casing, and planetary motion screws are known.

The patent description PL 175258 describes a mixer for fine-grained materials, especially forage, having a cylindrical-conical tank with a vertical axis, and a shaft with a transport screw located in the axis of the tank. The tank is covered with a casing with a charging hopper in the lower part.

The patent description PL 220394 describes a mixer of loose materials with a metal cylindrical tank, in which the feed is mixed with compressed air.

From the patent description PL 173958 a loose feed dispenser is known, built of an inclined tank in which a motor-driven worm shaft is placed parallel to the bottom.

The aim of the invention is to construct a bulk feed mixer ensuring effective and uniform mixing of feeds, without the possibility of delamination of the components, and allowing the dosing of a small amount of additional components.

The fodder mixer according to the invention, equipped with a base to which the feed hopper with a charging hopper and bagging machine is attached, equipped with a vertical screw with an ejector driven by an electric motor, is characterized in that an intermediate drive gear is mounted on the shaft of the vertical screw. The intermediate drive gear drives two ribbon screws inside the tank. Above the hopper of the hopper there is a dispenser of supplementary preparations introduced into the loose feed.

Example

The loose feed mixer has a base 1 on which the feed hopper 4 is mounted. An electric motor 3 with the main drive 2 driving the vertical screw shaft 8 is mounted to the base 1. At the top, on the vertical screw shaft 8 in the feed hopper 4, an ejector 9 is mounted. Above the feed hopper 4, on the shaft of the vertical worm 8, an intermediate drive gear 10 is mounted, driving two ribbon screws 7, placed inside the feed hopper 4. A feed hopper 5 is attached to the feed hopper 4, above which a supplementary preparation dispenser 6 is attached, opposite to which the hopper feed 4 has a bagging machine 11 with a slide valve 12. Loose feed is introduced into the feed hopper 4 with a feed hopper 5. Complementary preparations are introduced into the feed tank 4 with a supplementary feeder 6. Loose feed with supplementary preparations is transported with a vertical screw 8 to the top of the feed hopper 4 and ejected outside the vertical auger 8 by the ejector 9, and then thoroughly mixed together with supplementary feed preparations by means of ribbon augers 7. After thorough mixing, the feed is discharged through the shutter 12 to the bagging machine 11 opening.

A loose feed mixer equipped with a base to which a feed hopper with a charging hopper and bagging machine is attached, equipped with a vertical screw with an ejector driven by an electric motor, characterized in that at the top, on the shaft of the vertical screw (8), an intermediate drive gear ( 10) driving two ribbon screws (7) placed inside the feed hopper (4), and above the feed hopper (5) there is a dispenser of supplementary preparations (6).
