Przedmiotem wynalazku jest wózek inwalidzki zwłaszcza do gry w rugby. Znane są wózki inwalidzkie do gry w rugby wykorzystujące standardowe układy jezdne opierające się na zastosowaniu dwóch kół napędowych oraz czterech kół podporowych, pełniących również funkcję kół przeciwwyrotnych. Wadą tego rozwiązania jest zmniejszona zwrotność wózka ze względu na konieczność obrotu widełek wokół własnej osi, co w efekcie wpływa również na konieczność przyłożenia większej siły przez użytkownika do wykonania zwrotu. Jest to szczególnie istotne z punktu widzenia osób z niepełnosprawnością w obrębie kończyn górnych, którzy są częstymi użytkownikami tego typu konstrukcji.The subject of the invention is a wheelchair, especially for playing rugby. Rugby wheelchairs are known which use standard running systems based on the use of two driving wheels and four supporting wheels, which also function as anti-tipping wheels. The disadvantage of this solution is the reduced maneuverability of the trolley due to the need to rotate the forks around its axis, which in turn also affects the need to apply more force by the user to make a turn. It is especially important from the point of view of people with disabilities in the area of the upper limbs, who are frequent users of this type of structure.
Istotą wynalazku jest wózek inwalidzki zwłaszcza do gry w rugby, który uwzględnia zastosowanie układu jezdnego składającego się z dwóch kół napędowych oraz transportowych elementów kulowych, pełniących rolę podporową i przeciwwywrotną. Takie rozwiązanie pozwala na uniknięcie wad wynikających ze stosowania widełek. W efekcie zwrotność wózka jest znacząco zwiększona, przy jednoczesnym użyciu mniejszej siły do wykonania zwrotu niż w obecnie stosowanych rozwiązaniach konstrukcyjnych.The essence of the invention is a wheelchair, especially for playing rugby, which takes into account the use of a running system consisting of two driving wheels and transport ball elements serving as a support and anti-tipping. This solution allows to avoid disadvantages resulting from the use of forks. As a result, the maneuverability of the trolley is significantly increased, while using less force to make the turn than in the currently used design solutions.

Rama 1 jest głównym elementem konstrukcji zapewniającym jej odpowiednią funkcjonalność. Z przodu ramy 1 dospawany jest zderzak 2. Układ jezdny wynalazku składa się z dwóch kół napędowych 3 i czterech transportowych elementów kulowych 4. Koła napędowe 3 mocowane są na bocznych rurach zewnętrznych 5 ramy 1 poprzez szybkozłącza 6, natomiast transportowe elementy kulowe 4 mocowane są na dolnych rurach zewnętrznych 7 ramy 1 przez połączenie gwintowe. Do kół napędowych 3 mocowane są cięgi z osłoną 8 przez łączniki 9. Do dodatkowej ochrony ciała użytkownika zastosowano osłony boczne 10 łączone z ramą 1 przez zaciski 11. W trakcie użytkowania wynalazku osoba siedzi na siedzisku 12 opierając się o oparcie 13. Siedzisko 12 i oparcie 13 połączone są z ramą 1 przez rzepy 14. Do podparcia nóg zastosowano płaski podnóżek 15 mocowany z ramą 1 przez połączenie śrubowe.The frame 1 is the main element of the structure ensuring its proper functionality. To the driving wheels 3, strings with a cover 8 are attached by fasteners 9. For additional protection of the user's body, side covers 10 are used, connected to the frame 1 by clamps 11. During the use of the invention, a person sits on the seat 12, leaning against the backrest 13. Seat 12 and backrest 13 are connected to the frame 1 by Velcro. 14. To support the legs, a flat footrest 15 is attached to the frame 1 by a screw connection.
Zaprojektowany wynalazek, poprzez zastosowanie nowego układu jezdnego w postaci transportowych elementów kulowych charakteryzuje się większą funkcjonalnością w stosunku do obecnie stosowanych rozwiązań. Ze względu na kształt uwzględnionego zderzaka przedstawiona konstrukcja przeznaczona jest do gry ofensywnej, jednak po nieznacznych modyfikacjach może być również użyta w grze defensywnej.The designed invention, through the use of a new running gear in the form of transport ball elements, is characterized by greater functionality in relation to the currently used solutions. Due to the shape of the bumper included, the presented structure is intended for an offensive game, however, after slight modifications, it can also be used in a defensive game.
