Wszystkie przedstawione odmiany wzoru przemyslowego znajduja i beda mialy zastosowanie w przemyslowej produkcji listew ram krosna, listew ram do obrazów, listew do ram plakatów i innych tego typu produktów gabarytowych w stanie skonczonym w których ze wzgledu na ich przestrzennosc logistyczno-transportowa bedzie istniec mozliwosc ich transportu w stanie rozebranym poprzez oddzielenie plótna malarskiego czy skonczonego obrazu od ram krosna równiez rozbieralnego. PL 23187 3 Ilustracja wzoru PL 23187 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLPL 23187 2 Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a painting loom for a new type of canvas and for stretching the painting canvas on it in four variants of the pattern, classified according to the Locarno classification in class 06–07 under the base number 06070730 and the Polish serial number L00125, in the form of a profiled pine strip or MDF strip by cutting or pressing, patented method from Patent PL NR 199684 – used for assembling frames of canvases, pictures, posters, stretchers and others, and for embedding a new type of stretching and fastening the painting canvas on it in a detachable and freely configurable manner. The essence of the pattern and its four variations is a new outline shape of the cross-section of the finished loom slat, created by a common element: a half-cylinder on the top of the loom slat or the complex frame. The pattern's subject and its subsequent variations, with the common feature of the half-cylinder on the top, are shown in a drawing in which figures numbered 1 to 4 represent four subsequent variations of the pattern in a cross-section of the loom, along with a vectorial designation of the shape and outline, defined from point "A" to point "B," indicating the common part of the four pattern variations defined from point "C" to point "D," clockwise. The new shapes of the subsequent industrial design variations were created to incorporate a new type of fastening and mounting system, consisting of four machined and mitered loom slats, assembled into a canvas frame. The canvas will be stretched onto the frame, replacing the previously known and currently used method of permanently securing the canvas with standard staples. All of the presented industrial design variations are and will be used in the industrial production of loom frame slats, picture frame slats, poster frame slats, and other similar large-sized finished products. Due to their logistical and transport space, they can be transported disassembled by separating the canvas or finished painting from the frames of the disassembled loom. The essential features of the industrial design in its four varieties are the features of form that distinguish the submitted design from other, already known designs and constitute the basis for its identification by means of a different shape of the contour outline of the loom strip in a vertical cross-section, which determines the different shape of each of the four varieties of the design, designated by an external contour line drawn in a clockwise direction from point "A" to point "B" in its subsequent varieties as shown in Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 3, Figure 4.
