PL 23154 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest urzadzenie oczyszczajace powietrze. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu urzadzenia oczyszczajacego powietrze oraz ornamentyce. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony dla lepszego zobrazowania na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których ilustracja fig. 1 przedstawia urzadzenie w widoku z przodu, ilustracja fig. 2 w widoku z góry, ilustracja fig. 3 w widoku z boku, a ilustracja fig. 4 w widoku perspektywicznym. Urzadzenie oczyszczajace powietrze wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus o ksztalcie zblizonym do okregu, który z jednej strony przy podstawie znajduje wsparcie w elemencie podstawki o ksztalcie trójkata z wyraznie scietym wierzcholkiem. Korpus urzadzenia wspiera sie na dwóch nózkach róznej wysokosci. Od przodu korpusu umiejscowiony jest element ozdobny w postaci logo graficznego „Cirrus" zawierajacego wyraznie powiekszona pierwsza litere „C" tego wyrazu, pisanego stylizowana czcionka. W centralnej czesci korpusu od przodu znajduje sie wlot/wylot powietrza w ksztalcie okregu. Od góry korpusu widoczny jest wlot/wylot powietrza w ksztalcie okregu, któremu towarzysza trzy punkty w linii prostej u podstawy tego okregu. W widoku z góry i boku charakterystycznym elementem wzoru jest wyrazne zaokraglenie krawedzi nadajace urzadzeniu oplywowy, lagodny ksztalt. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the air purifying device and its ornamentation. For better visualization, the subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the device from the front, Fig. 2 from the top, Fig. 3 from the side, and Fig. 4 from the perspective. The air purifying device according to the industrial design has the following essential features: a body with a roughly circular shape, which is supported on one side at the base by a triangular base element with a clearly truncated top. The body of the device is supported on two legs of different heights. On the front of the body there is a decorative element in the form of a graphic logo "Cirrus" containing a clearly enlarged first letter "C" of this word, written in a stylized font. In the central part of the body from the front there is an air inlet/outlet in the shape of a circle. From the top of the body there is a visible air inlet/outlet in the shape of a circle, accompanied by three points in a straight line at the base of the circle. In the top and side views, a characteristic element of the design is the distinct rounding of the edges, giving the device a streamlined, gentle shape.
