PL 23152 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest urzadzenie oczyszczajace powietrze. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu urzadzenia oczyszczajacego powietrze oraz ornamentyce. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony dla lepszego zobrazowania na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których ilustracja fig. 1 przedstawia urzadzenie w widoku z przodu, ilustracja fig. 2 w widoku z boku, ilustracja fig. 3 w widoku z tylu. Urzadzenie oczyszczajace powietrze wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus o ksztalcie zblizonym do walca u podstawy lekko zwezonego w stosunku do górnej czesci korpusu. Od góry korpus sklada sie z czesci w kolorze srebrno-szarym obejmujacej mniej wiecej jedna trzecia jego wysokosci. W górnej czesci korpusu umiejscowiony jest element ozdobny w postaci logo graficznego „Cirrus" zawierajacego wyraznie powiekszona pierwsza litere „C" tego wyrazu, pisanego stylizowana czcionka. Pozostala czesc korpusu w kolorze czarnym z poprzecznymi prazkami poziomymi. Przez srodek drugiej czesci korpusu pionowo do podstawy przebiega waska listwa, w której znajduja sie wlacznik/wylacznik urzadzenia oraz wejscie do gniazda typu mini USB. Od góry korpusu znajduje sie wlot/wylot powietrza z równomiernie rozlozonymi przerwami o ksztalcie promienistym, koncentrycznie skierowanymi do wewnatrz. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the air purifying device and its ornamentation. For better illustration, the subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the device from the front, Fig. 2 from the side, and Fig. 3 from the back. The air purifying device according to the industrial design has the following essential features: a body with a cylindrical shape at the base, slightly narrower than the upper part of the body. From the top, the body consists of a silver-gray part covering approximately one-third of its height. The upper part of the body features a decorative element in the form of the "Cirrus" graphic logo, which contains a clearly enlarged initial "C" of the word, written in a stylized font. The remaining part of the body is black with horizontal stripes. A narrow strip runs vertically through the center of the second part of the body to the base, containing the device's on/off switch and the mini USB port. At the top of the body, there is an air inlet/outlet with evenly distributed radial gaps, concentrically directed inwards.
